"I called 's tree service on April 7th.  I wanted the tree and stump removed as well as a small pile of brush.  He told me he would be able to cut down the tree on Saturday.  He showed up as expected and cut down the tree.  There were no issues with the removal and I was very pleased. Then it all went bad.  ...more He told me he would be by on Thursday to take out the stump because his stump grinder was broken.  Thursday came and went with  no call.  I still hadn't heard from him two weeks out so I gave him a call.  He called back the next day and stated he would be by to remove the stump on Saturday.  He supposedly showed up and had problems getting his rental stump grinder started.  He called that evening and told me he would be by next week to grind the stump.  Not surprising he did not show up.  I was now fed up with waiting so I called another company who came out and removed the stump. 

then called me later asking if he could still cut out the stump.  I told him it was already removed but if he could look at it to see if the work was performed successfully and remove the brush I would pay him to do it.  SURPRISE he didn't show up again.  I would never recommend this company. 

has zero professionalism and obviously does not care about his clients.  If you don't know when you are going to be there it is OK to say you don't know when you would be there.  If you don't make it to a house and are scheduled to go there at least have the decency to call."

"When the technician came on 5-2-11 he sprayed approximately 10 .(per the work slip that was left on my door). I think that it is usual for a company like this to leave a very detailed report including when they came, the details of what they did, the outside temperature. etc. Also, I was left instructions as to whether or not ...more to water in the treatment (I didn't have to because of the rain that we have been having) and to allow two weeks to see any improvement in the lawn. If I see improvement in the lawn in two weeks I will be VERY happy! Also, they came on 5-6-11 to fertilize my trees and shrubs."
