Stucco Repair And Installation Reviews in Pittsburgh

Beautiful plaster work on the ceiling, I'd use them again in a second for anything plaster. The rest of the work was well done, but not perfect with little details; however, they were very kind, responsive, and punctual.

Stucco Repair And Installation reviews in Pittsburgh

I couldn't be happier with

and his son. I've been trying to get this stucco work done for over a year and have been mislead and overpriced by several other experts. The first quote I got was $1500-$2000 just for the 3rd floor repairs. The second was for $3500, again just for the 3rd floor. I've had 3 other people refuse to give me a quote because they didn't want to build scaffolding for such a 'small job'.

quoted me at $1025 for the 3rd floor repair, and the two other areas of the house (much lower) were the stucco was had completely fallen off. He started the very net day and was done in two days as promised. He left the place very clean, so I'm not sure why the other review had such a bad experience.
What made me so appreciative, aside from he was one of the only people willing to do the job, was that he noticed a large area of stucco missing from my porch pillar that wasn't discussed in the fee. He called me and mentioned that he had extra cement left, and would repair it at no cost if I wanted.
The work he did on all sections matched the current stucco great. Certainly went above and beyond.
Clean, friendly, prompt, great work, great price. Highly recommend.

I found this company through Angie's list.

is a great boss and a great person. He is very kind and professional. He knows how to manage his painting team. We got our almost 6,000 square ft. stucco house painted. Because of the weather condition we couldn't work everyday but when it was nice outside all the team members were here at 7.00 am in the morning. They really really worked hard and finished the job so well. They were so good with details of the trimmings, etc. it was a great experience to work with

and his team. Thank you

I signed the contract for the garage rebuild on August 26. 2009. Steel reenforced concrete walls were built inside the collapsing walls of the garage so as to not disturb the neighbor's patio that was supported by the garage wall. The driveway and sidewalk that were already in bad shape were pulverized by the construction equipment driving over them. I told the contractor that I wanted to replace the driveway and sidewalk using the original quote in the contract. They immediately began tearing up the driveway and sidewalk with no signed contract. After the original flurry of activity and my driveway and sidewalk were a sea of mud work virtually stopped. Weeks went by where occasionally someone would show up and l

some block then leave. There was no date in the contract as to when the work would be completed. The garage roof was finally poured in October. The driveway and sidewalk were poured in November. Work stopped again. There was no door on the garage and there were many details that were not finished I was promised the garage would be finished by Thanksgiving. The garage door was installed in December. Work stopped again and tools and trash were left sitting in my yard over the winter. The contractor was insisting that I pay the balance of the contracted price when he poured the driveway. I refused and insisted I would keep $5000 until the job was complete. I finally got the contractor to sign an agreement that all the work would be completed by April 30, 2010. That date came and passed with no work done. Over the winter major cracks developed in the driveway. There were no expansion joints in over a hundred feet of concrete. The contractor said he would remove some of the concrete and pour another

of concrete over the cracked driveway. He said he would be done in two weeks. I received citations from the City of Pittsburgh because no permits were filed to rebuild the garage or replace the sidewalk. I was also sited by the Allegheny County Health Department for the excessive dust created when the workers spent two weeks removing a 15 x 15 foot piece of concrete with an electric jackhammer. When I finally threw them off the job on June 19, 2010 the contractor was still begging for more time to complete the the driveway fix and the garage. Now I have to sort out the legal issues with the City. Make amends to my neighbors for property damage and inconvenience. Find a reputable contractor to replace the driveway and pull more money from my retirement fund to pay for it. It's a shame, but he contractor actually did a good job on the garage and the sidewalk, but the aggravation of dealing with them caused me months of lost sleep. The work was sloppy with concrete splattered on our house and the existing patio. Concrete was also splattered on our neighbor's house and patio. Grass was killed in the yard where they cleaned equipment and left lumber and forms for weeks. The driveway fiasco was caused by the contractor's stupidity of pouring the concrete with no expansion joints and then trying to fix it on the cheap. The contractor saved me a lot of money by not tearing down the garage walls and having to rebuild my neighbor's yard and patio, but it looks like it was a false economy.

The job was started not long after the estimate and once it was started they finished within a week, even with add-ons and a painting mistake (mine).

Ed is professional. He's straightforward, prompt and he and his employee do excellent work. I was pleased enough with his first job that I called him back to do my interior basement work.

My request for call back was quickly answered. Owner viewed property at the appointed time. Courteous and professional. Provided written estimate for this and other repairs at our condominium association.

Could not be Happier with the outcome. I called and left

a message upon receiving voice mail, within 24 hours we were speaking at length about the details of the project.

came out when he said he was going to (a lost art in itself) and we were able to discuss the scale of the project, along with any ideas to help keep some costs down as this is a rental property.
A little over a day later

had a full quote for me which he did get in as promised before an extended out of town weekend. We worked out a price and agreed to meet early in the following week (the week of

29th) for signing of the contract and to pay the deposit. Again, on time and stuck true to the numbers. Added bonus: the work was able to begin the following afternoon, and continued up through 8/5/2013 and looks great!
There was a small amount of plaster work that needed repaired in an upstairs bedroom closet, which after prelim demo some rot and damage was discovered, which to their credit, the team members took the time to re-frame & repair the damage. We agreed on a small change order (material) for this as we could not have foreseen that issue and i think this speaks to
Pittsburgh Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
's fairness in pricing & commitment to producing quality results (i know some less reputable groups would simply have covered the damage with plaster and skipped the extra effort needed to leave a lasting impact). Needless to say it now looks outstanding.
This company puts forth the type of effort and quality you would expect from an outfit bearing the names of its owner. Highly recommend to anyone
