"Excellent. They did the job fast, cleaned up after themselves, were pleasant and professional. In the process of removing one of the old windows, they broke one of the marble window sills, but without even saying a word, replaced it the next day with an identical slab. One thing I liked about this company is that, in contrast to the first estimate I got on the windows, they didn't just try to sell me their highest cost product. Instead, they let me know the range of products they sell and allowed me to choose. The reason I gave price and quality good instead of excellent is that windows are expensive, so I did not choose the highest quality. Their price was good despite the extremely high price of windows! I would, without a doubt, recommend this company."

"In both instances the work was completed timely and professionally. The leak is definitely repaired as it rained significantly a short time after the work was completed and (knock on wood) there was no leak

is very responsive to your requests and comes on site to check the work. Both of his sons are exceptionally polite and competent in there work. They also do a nice job of cleaning up. Prior to starting any job, they explain what needs to be done and make recommendations with respect to material and work issues. I will definitely be using them again and have asked them to check the roof and gutters prior to the severe winter weather."

"I know this was a smaller job for some people to come out and do and had about three other estimates.

came out immediately and set up an appointment. He was here on time and did professional work. He matched the siding almost exactly and it was seven years old. He made a trip to get it from the builder. I thought he did a great job. I would definitely have

"It went very well over all. They took their time and did a high quality job. The contractor knew his materials very well and used only high quality materials. He was good to suggest solutions and alternatives. Cost was very reasonable."

"Once I contacted
Pittsburgh Siding Contractors Provider Name Locked
he came out to the house and gave me an estimate within a few days. The estimate was less than another I had received. I felt like he listened to what my thoughts and needs were, made suggestions as to different ways things could be done and wrote up the estimate. I was given approximate start time of 4-6 wks but it ended up being closer to 8 wks because of the rain this spring.

kept in contact with me during those weeks to keep me updated as to when he thought he would be able to do my work. They arrived on the day scheduled, which I appreciated because I work part-time and had arranged to be home when possible. During the work on the gutters, they found that one of my drains was completely clogged from ground level to the exit point and suggested I get a plumber out to clear it before they put the new down spout on. The work looks great and even with the hard rains we have had since, the gutters worked perfectly.

"Our experience with
Pittsburgh Siding Contractors Provider Name Locked
couldn't have been more positive. We worked with
Pittsburgh Siding Contractors Provider Name Locked
who gave an estimate of the work and recommended colors and materials. Work began even earlier than estimated. All this work was done in less than a week. The workmen were very cordial and conscientous. The work is absolutely without fault. The house looks wonderful again. "

"I called them 4-7-10 left message. They called back Monday 4-12-10. Said they would come out 4-14-10 at noon for estimate. Called me at 11:50am asked to reschedule for Friday 4-16-10. Never showed up or called!"

"The ice had pulled the awning and siding off the porch. Instead of replacing the siding, which would have been expensive and hard to find, they tried unbending the creases and nailed it back up. They also

-rigged a fastener for the awning pole. It was an acceptable job, but I had to ask them to caulk the old nail holes in the siding, which they were happy to do. Not all of the creases were removed from the siding, but the awning covered most of it. Considering the backlog of my neighbors still waiting to get their gutters repaired, I was happy to have this repair done so quickly, but at some future time may replace the section of siding."

could not do what we wanted and he abandoned the project. His workmanship was inferior. He could only do it differently and he tried to charge us more. He changed halfway through the project. He took a long time and he needed constant supervision. He was going to charge us more for something we never wanted in the first place. He did some siding on a door. He started out as a nice person but he changed in between and this whole project was a headache. "

"The remodeling was mostly done while I was out of the house rehabilitating a badly broken ankle (surgery and cast for several months) and trying to work as much as much as possible. I could not go to the house for several months and could not go upstairs to see the work for some time after that. Thus the work was mainly overseen by my daughter who lives in New

& Assoc. dealt well with this situation and kept essential communications going well among all necessary people and succeeded in keeping the work smoothly on schedule. In particular, we dithered a bit picking interior paint colors but the contractor had kept us making the many necessary decisions so that if didn?t unreasonably delay the project. In summary everything went very smoothly and pleasantly.
