Pet Grooming reviews in Pittsburgh
And yes the waiting room did have an odor. I can't knock it too much bc I was more focused on the boxes of inventory etc that randomly were all over the place.?
I dropped off the dog and they offered an additional undercoat treatment - that's a scam for a beagle for sure... He went for a grooming - I assumed brushing would be included! When I picked him up he looked fine - but he really wasn't too shabby going in. He's a blue tick tricolor beagle and had a clean white coat when going in! I immediately noticed 1. He had no bandana? Which is just a traditional finishing when I've ever taken a dog to a groomer at any size establishment. 2. He's paws were filthy & coated with hair all thru his paw pads. Just shows how dirty the floors must have been on the other side of the door. 3. He had no "clean" smell. I understand the dogs will squirm etc during grooming but this had to be extreme to cause the damage. He continues to cough and gasp but the vet did say best case scenario would be it should heal on its own over the next few days. That is good news but could have been much worse. Knowing that they obviously did not treat him as kindly as I would have hoped makes me regret ever giving ”
