Workmen arrived on the scheduled date, and did a very professional and speedy installation. After installation was completed, their workman explained operation of the system to me very clearly. Afterwards, I did have a questions as to a possible minor leak, and whether one sprinkler head needed to be moved to prevent damage from cars on driveway. They were out right away, checked and repaired the one possible leak, and moved the one sprinkler head without any arguments, questions, etc. When the time came to winterize the system, they were actually here earlier than expected, and were done quickly and professionally. At all times they did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves. Excellent people to work with whenever they were here."

After we paid him, he said he would plant our front yard, finish the back, take care of the large black light, timer box on porch. He also assured us the watering system we had was sufficient for the planting. We called him repeatedly over the summer because most of the plants died, not just the new ones but those we already had. He partially replanted, did nothing to the front, never planted a vine, like he promised. Now a light is burned out and the big timer box is still on the porch. We called him again to do these final things and told him some of his second plantings also died. He promised to come out and take a look. He never has even though he was working in the area. It is now fall, we don't know how many plants are living.
