We appreciated that he was forthright and approachable and if we were in need and once he has the phone call/email/administrivia side of his business managed we'd work with him again. Editing to add: Wow, so contacting a service provider and inquiring about a service where it wasn't clear to the customer that it was performed is tantamount to difficulty collecting payment? If I recall correctly you were emailed the same day, the question was posed and you were paid shortly thereafter regardless of the fact that you offered to let us go without payment. Nice. I tried to be gracious. Now I'm just annoyed."
