They charge per maid per hour, so I went with the minimum of 3 maids (they won't send fewer) for one hour. We have a very small house and three people can easily get the place done in that time, especially professionals. I left a key under the front mat and a list of rooms in priority order for cleaning. I was not here when they cleaned so I have no idea if they arrived on time. When I arrived home that afternoon I did a walk-through of my house and was not impressed. We were expecting houseguests the next day and while we appreciated not having to come home and clean for a few hours, the results were nothing better than what we could have done ourselves (frankly, our results are better when we take the same amount of time to clean with just two of us). The kitchen, bedroom, office and living room looked fine, though a lot of the furniture seemed to have just been wiped down around the things like pictures and there was dust underneath/behind items. The bed was poorly made, it looked no better than someone had just pulled the covers up. We were most unhappy with the bathroom, which ironically was our room that was first priority. There was still dirt left on the bottom of our tub and the floor was not cleaned properly (the company claims that floors are done on hands and knees). My husband ended up scrubbing the tub again to get up the remaining dirt, and I took the Swiffer Sweeper to get up the dirt and dust that was left in the corners and along the bottom

of the tub and the floor. It didn't take much effort with the Swiffer so I know the floor was not cleaned on hands and knees. Additionally, when I arrived home there was a note from the maids indicating that they had broken the closet door, but they hadn't specified whether it was our bedroom or the office, nor did they specify what exactly was broken. When I checked both rooms I couldn't figure out what they were talking about so I didn't pursue the issue.

called the next week to check in on my experience and to try scheduling me for regular appointments, and I explained that we weren't satisfied along with descriptions of what wasn't done properly.

indicated that there hadn't been a misunderstanding about what the team was expected to do, that it seemed as though the person who had done the bathroom and the bedroom/dusting had dropped the ball. She did not offer me any sort of a refund (partial or otherwise) on my fee, just said that she would send me coupons for my next cleaning. They arrived within a week and were paltry - something like $5 off my next appointment if I scheduled it within the next month, which I hadn't even considered doing anyway. It's possible that I just didn't get a great team, and I have no idea if being present at the house while they cleaned would have changed their performance, but if we ever decide we need a maid service again we will not be going with

She told me they just to light household work and for the kind of work I needed they would charge around $125 per hour. This quote was double what other providers had quoted. "
