with an emergency on Saturday morning and he completed the job that afternoon. Could not have asked for more prompt and professional service."

"Cliff called Weds. morning to tell me he was stuck at a job and running several hours behind. I told him I would be home all day -- and to take his time. Several hours later he and another gentleman showed and spent 20 minutes inspecting my toilets. His conclusion: Replace one toilet (too much calcium and bits of a decaying washer were blocking the water channels along the rim). The other needed a good cleaning with CLR to de-calcify. He described how to clean the toilet -- and asked if I wanted him to do it for me. I said I would take care of cleaning - seemed easy enough. I asked what I owed him -- and he said "no charge" on account of him being so late from the original appointment time. That was a very nice and unexpected gesture. It's rare that a contractor or service provider does that anymore. I hope this review helps someone looking for the service select

came out to clean the drain. He showed up on time, removed his boots to keep the floors clean, and tackled the drain. It was apparently very badly clogged because of a broken plug letting everything go down the drain. That portion cost ~$90. He offered to get a quote for replacing the offending plug and took the part away to match the brushed nickel color. We got a phone call a few days later; the part was not immediatrely available. They did call back though as soon as it was with two options: an identical replacement for ~$300 or a cheaper option that should work as well but was not an exact match to the old one.
