"Brought in our dimensions, and discussed cabinetry and countertop options. 
committed to providing an initial design by the following Thursday 3.10.11. She stated once she did the initial design we would need to make a committment to because "she doesn't need the practice." I reached back out to on Friday 3.18.11 after we had heard nothing from her. She stated she sent an email that was returned invalid and when I asked what contact information she had/used, she said she mis-typed "gmail.com" and would have something for us to look at by Monday 3.21.11.
If this company or designer does not need or want the work that would be fine, I would have appreciated knowing that 3 weeks ago. I do not believe our 30k budget is anything to sneeze at, but I guess this company disagrees."

"The designing process was hard for me. They were very patient and very helpful in guiding me through this process.
is great in consulting with colors and the effects you want. She even helped me pick out the colors for my kitchen walls after the counter top was in place.
Once we got the design and color down. They went right to work. They invited me out to the workshop during the process so I could see some of the end product. Then I was also asked if I wanted to put help put some of the recycled glass on the piece. I was thrilled that I was able to take part in the piece of art.
The installation went smoothly till a piece broke and they got another piece made ASAP.
I could not be happier with my beautiful kitchen.
Rich made a wonderful cabinet for me and I am the envy of all my friends and neighbors with my new kitchen.

" was very professional and they got the job done. The problem was that there was a bit of a language . My husband wanted to make sure that the seams in the countertop were done and the language prevented that from happening. We ended up calling the owner and they resolved the problem. If you want something affordable but not the highest quality of work then you should use ."

I also had interaction with the owner , who is also the registered plumber and electrician. They were all very helpful and I thought their quote was reasonable for the work I was looking to have done."

"Fantastic, exceptional, great, wonderful. We called to let them know the base of the vanity was in and could be measured. was there on the second business day after I called. All of the work was done in less than a week. came out and installed everything promptly and quickly. Everything looks great, and he solved a long-running problem of the broken towel bars! An excellent guy to work with, thought through some issues and planned very well, and completed the job quickly. Not only would I use them again, I am thinking of additional things they can do for me!"
