"If you are looking for concrete crack repair - look on. These guys MIGHT have been good - but they are overwhelmed right now and not good at handling that. Call backs are slow and estimates are much slower. They should have someone doing update call backs who are punctual and friendly. When
Pittsburgh Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
DID call me he was abrupt and unfriendly. I still haven't gotten an estimate and I called them weeks ago. Currently the Crack Team is over rated. Hopefully they will get it together.

Update - It's June 27th and
Pittsburgh Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
has not 'gotten to the bottom of this' or called me back. My Mother lives in another unit at the address and is not his contact. Calling me 'at work' to discuss it is not a problem, I own the company and all of my staff were asked to look out for a call from The Crack Team that never came. I suspect the "Response" he left on my report was to buy time and make them look good, but I have yet to be satisfied by this company in any way. My experience with them so far is as if they don't really exist. I am busy and when I take time to set estimates in motion, I need it to be done. I can't keep nudging a contractor to come out and take my money. If a company is too busy they should address it by working triple shifts, hiring, doing frequent updates and callbacks etc, this company did none of that.

"We had three separate problems, all related to water damage.  There was an area between our solarium and kitchen that had been repaired once before, but the problem reappeared recently.  In  addition, there was a discolored area on the ceiling of our front porch, and a utility room door that would no longer close.  This contractor had done outside painting for us about 2 years ago and we were pleased with his work, so I called him for an estimate.  He warned me that water problems were difficult to solve.  After we gave him the go-ahead, he looked at the solarium-to-house connection from a second story window and from the window on our stair landing.  After opening up the wall in the damaged area, he poured water from the second story onto the suspicious area until he'd identified the area(s) where water was getting in.  In the process, he discovered that we had still another wet area around the stair-landing window where caulking had failed.  (By now, I felt I was living in a

pointed out that the this was an insurance claim and helped us in with working with our insurance carrier.  He also was helpful in selecting paint colors to use in the previously-wallpapered areas.      The utility room door, which we thought was simply swollen from humidity, turned out to be thoroughly water-soaked.  Finding this out

to discovering that the back porch concrete was crumbling in a couple areas and was not waterproof.  The door and (rotted) door frame both had to be replaced after the concrete was patched and caulked.  Then the back porch was power-washed and waterproofing paint was applied.  One thing leads to another...        A crew of 3 to 4 people were working here most of the time.  They protected the rest of the house from dust, cleaned up as much as possible at the conclusion of each day's work, and were personable and easy to work with.

"This company is extraordinary in their work ethic, attention to detail and cooperation. As the project was in progress, they approached me over modifications to enhance the look of the walkway. Although, the changes added cost to the contractor, he did not pass those through to me. Since the installation, the contractor has telephoned me twice to be sure we are satisfied and happy with his work."

and his crew did an excellent job removing and replacing an existing driveway in the front of my house. He promptly responded to my request for an estimate and provided a wonderful finished product. The driveway abuts a walkway of pavers. He removed the

of pavers that abutted the driveway to not damage them and replaced them raising them up since they had sunk over time. When the driveway was completed, he brought in topsoil to replace that which was lost along the

even worked on Saturday and Sunday to complete the project. During the project, several of my neighbors inquired about

"They came out but they disappeared and didn't give me a quote, which is the way it is with a bunch of Pittsburgh contractors. I tell them I want to give them a bunch of money and they say awesome and then disappear. They did my sister's place and they did a nice job on it. They came out and looked at the project but they never sent me a quote. I didn't end up needing the job done anyway. He did answer the phone normally but I never called him back about the quote. I would consider using him in the future because he did a nice job on my sister's place."

"We found

on Angie's List.
Pittsburgh Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
gave us a detailed estimate and we split the cost among the four families involved, based on the footage owned by each. Of the three estimates we gathered,
Pittsburgh Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
's was by far the best choice. He told us exactly what he would do and why, and then he and his crew did the work in a most professional manner. Later they came back and sealed the concrete for us. It looks great! This company does an excellent job!"

, I chose them to do further work on my property.
Pittsburgh Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
planned and executed the job well. He advised in advance that he needed permission from neighbors to use their driveway and walkway to reach my property, so everyone was prepared in advance. All went like clockwork and was well-timed--

and his crew showed up when he said and completed the job (including cleanup) in the three days he said he would need. Later the crew returned as promised and sealed the concrete. Very professional and a job well-done!

"My experience with The Crack Team was outstanding.
Pittsburgh Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
came out the day after I called to do the estimate and was right on time. He can me a very competitive price. When I agreed to have him do the work, he set up an appointment only 5 days later. He arrived when promissed and completed the work when promissed. The work was completed in a very professional manner and he left the work area cleaner than he found it. I would highly recommend The Crack Team."
