suggested to sand the rust off and apply 2 coats of Rust-oleum and re-caulk wherever he could. He gave me an estimate to do the work and called a few days later. I gave him the OK to do the work. He arrived the next day and performed the work. He took some "after" pictures for me to see what he did. It took him about 3 hours to do the work. Time will tell if the leak has been fixed, but I am happy with the work he did."
