"The work was very diligent, honest and helpful. My wheels that had the new tires mounted onto them were even rotated to the back of the car so they wouldn't wear as quickly and I could rotate them to the front of the car in the fall when I would need more traction.
Overall, I couldn't have had a better experience."

"i had been experiencing a crunchy, squishy noise underneath (carriage, axle, shocks?) for over a year, and had it checked by the local big-brand tire store that is nearby and that routinely does small tasks. but they never found the problem, and charged for something else each time. it was frustrating, even more so b/c as a woman, i sometimes don't feel properly 'heard' by car guys.
i found auto right here on angie's list, and was completely thrilled with the day's experience. the owner, , communicated with me via email prior to the appt day, gave me that boost of confidence i needed, demonstrated he actually cared about a (prospective) customer.
he told me exactly what the problem was, it made a whole lot of sense to me, and then he recommended the repairs. he searched for the best-performing/ least expensive parts he needed, checked with me a couple of different times during the day, and at all times i felt trusting.
the best part is: MY CAR SOUNDS AND FEELS SO MUCH BETTER!
i will always go back to auto, and i feel like i have really found a gem of a service."

"The inspection cost was $72 and leak was about $15. They only fixed the priority; they were actually able to finish the car inspection so I was very much happy with that. This is the first time I them. I'm new to the Pittsburg area so I just happened to see them. They took me right away and were able to do the work. "

"They are wonderful. My son and I both use their services all the time. We even take our new cars to them. They are honest. My son has an appointment with them for installing tires. We ?t have a lot of problems with cars. They have done various things over the years. They have installed new brake lines and have done various general repairs that need to be done with the car. They are very reliable. They are quite busy and so you have to wait. I trust them and I think they are pretty fair in whatever they are doing. They make correct repairs. They haven?t inflated the price for an inspection. As a consumer if I know that the work is being done well, then I ?t care what it costs. Their work has always held up. They will call if there is any problem and will tell us what it?s going to cost. They will ask us if they could go ahead and buy a part. I have had that experience with them. They are very responsive. They are pretty good with their punctuality. They are very professional. We have been using their services for many years now and there is no reason to change. "

"I have been using their services since 2007. They did a decent job. I bought my car there and their service seemed ok in the first appointment. There was a little bit of extra waiting. Their price was not cheap."

"Stopped by during my lunch hour to repair my tire that had a slow leak. The service was performed quickly and was very affordable. I was able to grab lunch in the food court while I waited. The salesman and the mechanic were very attentive and made sure that they returned my wheel locks. I would definitely use them again. "

"Called Sat am and had new quality tires (rel high in Consumer Reports ratings) for reasonable price by early afternoon."

" was great. He scheduled an appointment quickly, even though he was very busy. I needed my car inspected and was driving around with a bungee cord holding my hood on, so needless to say I was worried about the cost of that repair. He completed the work within one day. And the hood...well after playing around with it and oiling it up it worked fine. I felt great about the service and his honesty (he totally could have gotten away with something on that hood work). Great guy, good work, will definitely go back again."

"I purchased four new tires with a warranty from last . I brought it in with a flat yesterday, six months later. They called to say the tire could not be repaired (sidewall rip) so the warranty did not apply. And, they could not find the locking lug nut. They estimated $400 to remove all the locking lug nuts (since without a key, you need to remove them all) and put on the new tire. I was aghast. I pointed out that the lug nut key was surely in their shop - I had never needed it since they used it to put on the new tires. They heard me out, then recalculated the estimate, and quoted me $127 for the whole thing: new lug nuts and a new tire. I agreed, though I was still ticked that I was paying for their mistake. I went in this morning to pick up the car. The guy ringing me up charged me $141. Not a big amount over the estimate, but enough to tweak me. I explained the situation, and luckily, he was a manager. He appreciated that it was not right that I would have to pay, and he didn't just bring me back down to the $127 I had been quoted, he only charged me $97 - which is what a new tire should cost! Mistakes happen everywhere. It is an exceptional company that "owns" their mistakes, and does everything possible to satisfy the customer. I'll go back to in a heartbeat. (My "B" for punctuality is only because this took a while to sort out, then they did not call me when it was ready - I had to call them.)"

"They diagnosed the problem quickly and got back to me right away with an estimated cost of the repairs. They got everything done the same day I dropped it off, so I was able to pick my car up that night."
