"I thought their designer,
Pittsburgh Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
, was very helpful. She came out and did the actual quote. She was easy to work with. She was the primary person I worked with. I also had interaction with the owner , who is also the registered plumber and electrician. They were all very helpful and I thought their quote was reasonable for the work I was looking to have done."

"We had a couple of different estimates and they were way under their competitors. They were good! We did have one little problem with our countertop when it was finished. They came out the next week and took care of it free of charge."
A
"He was very polite and I was very pleased with how the project turned out. He covered everything with plastic so dust would not get all over everything, this shows his high grade of professionalism. I felt that he was highly efficient and the work that they did was of extreme quality."

"I will for sure use them again. They are very professional, clean up well, and do outstanding work. The subcontractors they used did a great job too. Overall, a great experience. They also gave us an itemized bill to help explain the charges. The whole process was excellent and was very refreshing."

"I contacted
Pittsburgh Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
to find out more about their services and get a price quote. I spoke with
Pittsburgh Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
directly and made an appointment for the following week. I left work early the day of the appointment to ensure that I would not be late.
After waiting for 35 minutes past our agreed upon appointment time, I called
Pittsburgh Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
. When I told him my name, he said that he recognized it. Though, he seemed surprised when I reminded him that he was supposed to be at my house. However, then he proceeded to tell me that he actually called me numerous times since we made the appointment. Including once on the day of our scheduled appointment. I explained to him that I had my phone with me all day and that I did not show any calls from him since the day we made our appointment. He proceeded to tell me that the reason he did not leave a voicemail was due to the fact that mine was full. It was not full or even remotely close to being full. I explained that to
Pittsburgh Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
. He then told me that my number got mixed up with a bunch of others but he was sure that he called. He was on his forth attempt at providing me with an excuse for his not keeping his appointment when I told him that I did not need another one.
Stuff happens. No one is perfect. However, trying to lie multiple times to a potential client does not instill confidence. A
Pittsburgh Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
honest apology is much more effective. Had he not made numerous, lame attempts trying to cover up the reason he missed the appointment and just apologized, I would have given him another shot. I am glad I found out more about
Pittsburgh Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
now, than after purchasing any of his services. I can only imagine what would have happened had things not gone right and the excuses
Pittsburgh Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
would have used to make it my fault.
If you make an appointment with
Pittsburgh Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
, call him the day of, to confirm that he plans on showing up.

"They may have been a little late but called to say they would be. No big deal. Understandable if they get held up at a prior appointment. They come in and say what it would cost for a total replacement and give you and off the wall figure usally two to three times the cost of refacing to make you feel good. Then they ask you if you feel comfortable having Home Depot Contractors do your work. They claim they want to keep a customer for life like they cared if I went to Lowes or Walmart for a $15.00 bag of grass seed or something. They also blasted the in store displays at Home Depot and claimed the prices they posted in the store where unlikely ever achievable to the size and limitations in the fine print. That is when I decided this was pretty much a waste of time and was not really dealing with Home Depot. I had concerns about electrical outlets that would have to be moved. They ackowleged that and when I asked about it in the final estimate that was provided, one of the sales man quoted "Oh we don't move electrical outlets." Another problem since one currently would be right in the way of the new counter top. Also, their selection of colors of counter tops were not very good. They threw about a half dozen at us and basically said pick. When they tried to hard sell the job, we told them that we have two other companies coming to give similar estimates, you could see the concern in their faces that they would not get our business but stated they would hate to leave without us signing a contract because the price they quoted would not be honored and the 30 day price would run the job to $13,500.00. They basically know their price was going to be way higher and we would not consider them once we received other estimates. AND THEY WERE RIGHT! It turns out their price (Sign now price) was $5400.00 more for way less work than the competitor we hired. The company we hired is doing the electrical work, adding outlets and under cabinet lighting, a back splash of our choosing (We had to provide), actually replacing five cabinets, and they recommended a few granite companies for our counter tops. It turns out we are majorly upgrading our kitchen for about three thousand less than Home Depot doing some sanding, door replacing, and putting a cheap counter top in. We will rate the hired comapny after the work is complete. Basically, the make a living pressuring the consumer to agree to an inflated price without getting multiple bids for the job.
