The next day she gave us all ...more the quotes we asked of her (e.g., only wood, glass, finished, unfinished, etc.), and chose the unfinished, all maple doors. They were supposed to take up to 6 weeks, but arrived in 4 weeks. They looked right and the surfaces were immaculate, ready to be painted. All was going well, until after we finished them, and tried to install them: the factory/carpenter had decided to be generous and made them each 1/4 inch wider, therefore overlapping by 1/2 inch. After rechecking the frame opening dimensions and recalculating the doors' size which confirmed that my order had been correctly submitted: I called the salesperson who was very receptive of the problem even if surprised that the factory had not followed the width instruction. She awas also sensitive to the fact that I already had spent 3-4 days finishing them up. Some phone calls and a week later, the master carpenter suggested that we try hinges that would push the doors back by 1/4 inch more over the frame. Since the hinges will not cost us extra, and we have the frame space, and actually think that it may be an ok solution: we are accepting it. We are currently waiting to receive the new hinges, and hopefully enjoy the new doors. If the new hinges do not work, we will expect that they come to fix them in our house, or give us the correct doors brand new. If I ever need this type of help again, I may hire them again, but I will be extra cautious and re-measure at the store when picking the pruduct(s) up."

After a quick phone call to my contact to thank them, he informed me that he would just not feel right letting us

that much cabinet space. That is what I would call GREAT customer service. Through all of the work that was completed on my home I cannot remember even once complaining that they were getting dust everywhere. The work area was always cleaned at the end of the day and I would not have known any work was being done. I will always go to

We had a lot of different people from that we dealt with, but we had a central manager whom we communicated with and he was very good."
