"I am very happy with job that did. My bathtub looks terrific. I first called to clean and regrout the tile in my bath. (the owner) was very sensitive to trying to do the least expensive fix first (cleaning) then the next expensive (regrouting) to make my old tiles look presentable. ...more But the tiles were so old they kept falling off during regrouting and it turned out there was water damage on the concrete board. I decided to have the bath retiled with new tiles because I didn't like the old ones much anyway and

and his two workers were very flexible as I hit snags in the ordering and delivery of the tile. They also took it in stride when unexpected problems came up (the previous concrete board has been glued to

bricks that were somehow attached to the brick of the exterior wall - go figure). They cleaned up the messy job nicely and the tiles look great. I plan on having them retile the rest of the bathroom (floor and another wall). My only complaint was that they left a few scratches on the top

of my bathtub that I can't get off (and that probably only I can see). I keep meaning to call

about it and I'm sure he'll fix it."

Normally he says it takes most people about 2 days to do this work and when we got other estimates 2-3 days was the norm for this kind of work. He did all the work in one day. He cleaned up when he was done, explained some things about the product and work and answered any questions we asked him."
