"First of all, the address given is incorrect:

is at 3361

Avenue. I went there to test drive a 2012 Impreza 2.01 Limited. I walked into the office and introduced myself; the manager did not give his name but said that a salesperson would be with me shortly. I told him what I was interested in and he said they did not have that model on the lot because the company did not send them any. (This differed from the reason given later by the salesperson, who told me that they did not order the Limited.) They had three Imprezas on the lot: Basic, Sport Premium, and Sport Limited. We asked to look at the Basic and he unlocked the car for us. As we were examining the interior, the salesperson came up to the car. Again, as with the manager, he did not introduce himself. I was upset by two of his responses to my questions. When i asked when a Basic might come in, he said that they didn't order the Basic because it would add up to $25,000. I didn't understand why this would prevent them from ordering one since the Sport Premium and the Sport Limited are even more expensive. When he asked what other brands I was test-driving, I answered that there were several, one being the Toyota Matrix. He said that the Matrix did not come with all-wheel drive. I replied that the Toyota website said the model S did. He retrenched and said there would be no model S's at the Toyota dealership. I told him that I didn't want to do business with someone who supplied misinformation and I left the dealership."

I have been a sales and service customer for several years and simply cannot say enough good things about the entire organization. Extremely fair and competent in all aspects of their business - in case you can't tell, I'm a big fan!"

My salesperson was Bill

, who gets kudos from me. I was not considering a new car, and had considered a lease but I wanted to go "pre-owned." I truly abhor the car buying process and so brought my son to help me with it.
Pittsburgh Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
seems to have a pre-owned vehicle inventory to please just about anyone. Bill, my salesperson, was down to earth and personable, and was willing to consider and work with our numbers on the vehicle I wanted and subsequently bought. I was happy with the follow-up both by phone and e-mail, and though I haven't needed service on my vehicle yet I have confidence that if I need help I can bring my vehicle in and get the help and/or understanding of the mechanical things it needs.

I absolutely *hate* the car buying process, but I am happy with dealing with

South and would refer people to them.

"For the first several contactsI had phone and email contact with Rorich. They matched a deal that I had gotten over the internet. Their price was good. When I actually went out to the lot, my salesman was not there due to family issues. Another agent helped me, and showed me a few cars. I said that I would not buy that day and so he was very ethical when he said that I should then go back to dealing with my original sales agent when he returned to work. That day he showed me a car. He said that this car would sell at my previously agreed-upon price. I said that I was glad to see that the floor mats were already in the car because it truly irks me when you have to pay extra for floor mats. He looked at the papers for that car and said yes, the floor mats were included.

When I spoke to my original salesman, and told him that I expected the floor mats to be part of the deal for the quoted price, he said no, that was not part of the original deal. He was correct, it was not part of the original deal. He stuck to his guns and would not include the floor mats. I stuck to my guns and would not pay extra for floor mats. I bought the car somewhere else.

As a result, I did not get the lifetime powertrain warranty that Rorich offers above and beyond the 6 year manufacturer's warranty, since most dealers do not offer it. However, this is the 5th

"I have purchased my last two vehicles from Cherry's (and I would buy another one from them). Unfortunately, I no longer live in the Beaver County area, so it is difficult to have them do all of my repairs. Recently, my jeep had a wiring issue that caused the lights and turn signals not to work properly. I believe it was caused by another repair company, when they replaced a damaged bumper. The other company said it wasn't there wrong doing, had no idea how to fix it or didn't want to fix it, and didn't know any other garages in my area that might be able to help. I called
Pittsburgh Auto Sales Provider Name Locked
at Cherry's. He provided me with a loaner car to drive, while he was repairing my jeep! He fixed the problem in a timely manner and didn't charge me a fortune! I was able to pay him over the phone, so that I could pick up my vehicle and drop off the loaner car when it was convenient for me.
I have been a customer with Cherry's and their "sister" company, Precise Auto Body for over nine years. Myself and my family have never had a bad experience with them. They have amazing customer service!!

"We did not end up buying a new

this year (for various reasons), but we liked the people we dealt with at

. They even offered to let us take the

home for a few days to test it out. The salesman did not pressure and even let my husband take the car for a test drive by himself."

"They're great cars. They treated me with respect and courtesy when I went. They treated me like a valued customer. They didn't try to push a deal or anything like that."

"Test drive was thorough, and the sales rep was responsive to our request to try a different type of road. There was no immediate pressure to buy, and the negotiations took place via e-mail and phone. The dealer found our color in another dealer's inventory, and got exactly the car we wanted. It was ready for us at the appointed time. The only hitch was that we were waiting for someone from the finance department who was busy with another customer, and so the sales rep personally completed the paperwork with us (after we requested that we not have to wait further)."

"I must report that I have never had a more satisfying car buying experience. I bought a loaded 2002 Toyota Camry XLE. Other places offered me anywhere from $3800-$4800 for my trade;

's gave me book value of 7K right off the bat. There was no hemming and hawing. I will definitely buy all my cars from them from now on, even though I usually buy new cars."

"Very well; fast, accurate and efficient. I got the color I wanted, and the exact vehicle with the exact options I wanted. Other dealers in the area did not have stock, or did not follow up my phone inquiries. Other
