"Working with the staff at was wonderful. We had film installed by their sub contractor and he did a B job. Installation was good but I needed to ask him to remove the new blinds when he was stripping off the old film. (I cringed watching water and film drip down on our new blinds.) That is when I insisted the blinds be removed. I would definately work with (A+) if we need additional window treatments but not sure I would use their film installer again."

"Good overall - some difficulty in getting appointment due to crew scheduling confusion in their office. Be aware that windows with arches are counted as two windows - not one. Crew was professional, but not friendly and they are annoyed by questions. Workmanship was good."

" has a remarkable eye for space, color, proportion and understated elegance. She has been in the design business for over 30 yrs and her experience shows. is a stickler for detail - so if you're a perfectionist - which I am, this is the designer for you. She is also able to adapt to your style as opposed to many designers who inflict their style on you. If something goes wrong, and it will, will make it right. I never had an appreciation before for what a good interior designer can bring to the table but I do now. They can make it all look good together - as opposed to having nice furniture that just doesn't quite look right with everything else. She can expose you to a world of fabrics and textiles that you can never find on your own. She will narrow your choices to only the things she knows will look good and takes the guess work out to produce stunningly beautiful results. works with a select group of contractors who all have high standards of quality. Remodeling is painful - but when it all turns out well - the pain is well worth many future years of living in a beautiful home. "

"The blinds fit perfectly and and look great. responded to our request quickly and made three visits to the condo to discuss options and leave samples, and for the measuring, installation and follow up. He spotted unused brackets on other windows, volunteered to remove them and made no charge for the extra work."

"We chose fabric for 3 of the 4 windows through , so he knew exactly what we were working with. We bought the other fabric elsewhere, but he also saw that ahead of time. He came to the house to measure. He made recommendations of lining material and seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He claimed that he had 30 years experience, so we felt good about it. It was 6 weeks before he called to come and do the installation. The cornices were well-made, but one of them was about a foot too short, so had to be re-made. When he started installing the shades, I was appalled. The were 10 inches apart and very wrinkled. kept assuring me that all was well. He attempted to steam them, but nothing could make up for the fact that they were very poorly made. (see photo below) He actually suggested that I turn off the light to see how much better they looked! He said we had chosen the wrong kind of fabric, though he saw it ahead of time and said nothing. This began a long, painful process of unsuccessful negotiation. He said that everyone deserved a second , but insisted they had been made right in the first place. He talked incessantly and listened not at all. At one point, he spent "many hours" making a small version of an actual shade just to prove he could do it. It looked OK, but by that time, we were finished with him and his obnoxious attitude. We have called him, gone to his shop and written to him asking for money back except for the price of the cornices ($330), which are acceptable. He ignores our requests and refuses to talk to us."

"My experience with them so far has been good. We got an appointment within a timely manner, a few days. They were thorough and responsive. Based on my experience so far I would use them again."

"I called for a quote about 6 months ago. He came over and helped me choose out the style/color etc that I wanted. I was doing different home projects at the time and he advised that I wait until after painting to install the shutters. Just about 1 month ago I was ready for the shutters and called him back to order them. The price was still the same and he still had my information on file, so there was no need for him to return. He simply ordered everything and when it came in about 3 weeks later he called and set up an evening appointment with me so I wouldn't have to miss . He and his son installed everything in about 2 hours and it looks beautiful. He made it very clear that if I had any problems at all to give him a call and he'd be happy to stop by and take care of it right away. This experience was exactly how we all hope these experiences turn out to be! I will definitely be calling him back someday to do the bedrooms next."

"The estimate was professionally done, with precise specifications. I was told that installation would be in 5-15 days. The screens were not installed for over 5 weeks. The explanation was that the gray screen material had to be ordered. The installation was sloppy. On four of the windows, the screws were to be placed top and bottom to minimize the of breaking the glass, and the screens were clearly measured to account for this: the screens fill the frame side-to-side with gaps top and bottom for the screws. The screws, however were placed on the sides, with several going into the wall rather than the frame; and as a result there is a gap top and bottom of exposed frame. On another window with side-to-side screws, the screws are not level (it's a small window, so the 2 inch difference between left and right screws is conspicuous). I was called by a rep to check on the work, I pointed out these problems; although I was told someone would get back to me; no one did."

" came to the house, reviewed the work and provided an estimate. We felt his hourly rate was high ($65 per hour) so he reduced it. The day the work was scheduled we were surprised when the was not him, but another man, one of his contracted workers. The work was performed but it took a very long time. We were OK with that since billed us as estimated, not for additional hours. We understood (from 's associate) that the remaining work was to be performed by himself, but on the ND day of work (about a week later) the same worker arrived. It took him 6 hours to perform work that was estimated at 2.5 hours. Again, we decided we were OK with this if we were not billed extra. The invoice arrived for the full six hours. is professional, but that's not who we got. His worker was not. My husband and I have some skills, but no time to do these things. So we were indeed hoping to find a . We have yet to find one."

"Very well. came to the house, showed me different options for the variety of windows I have; including a remote control blind for a very high window that I have. Very helpful. He removed any old remaining blinds I could not remove before the installation day; very clean, professional work."
