"All went well. The only complaint I might offer is that they seem to have a fairly swift turnover of veterinary staff. While the top docs remain pretty constant, we never got to see them. However, on more than one occasion we'd be seen by a vet we really liked, only to learn on the next visit or two that s/he was no longer with the practice. Which ...more means that the vet seldom go to know the ANIMAL ... only the CHART. Our new vet -- less than a mile from our home -- makes sure to keep the relationship between pet and doctor constant, thus can personally recognize and evaluate any change between visits."

"I had an elderly cat who had quickly become very ill. The doctor performed a few tests to determine that her condition was bad and not reversible. Over the course of 2 hours in the office and discussing options with Dr. Oyan, I decided euthanasia was the most humane option. She and her staff walked me through each step, including letting me pay before ...more the procedure so that I could take as much time focusing on my cat. Dr. Oyan explained each step and was right there with me until I decided that I could leave the office. A very difficult situation was made easier and more peacefully than I would have ever imagined directly due to the staff at this wonderful clinic. "
