arrived at the scheduled time & efficiently cleaned all items. He completed his work within two hours as he had estimated. I left town the next day for a few days. Upon my return noticed that the sofa, now dry, had what appeared to be streaks on it. I called the office & reported the problem. As promised,

returned the next day to take a look. He assured me that the "streaks" were caused by the stiffness of brush bristles that he had used & would eventually go away, but he re-brushed the fabric with a softer brush anyway. As he predicted, the "streaking" disappeared."
