He always communicates well with us. We keep using him, even though it's not inexpensive to have these treatments, because there is a very noticeable improvement in the beauty and health of our vegetation since he's been on the scene. Although we paid him in full when he was only part-way done, he didn't cash the check until all of the work was complete."
