13, 2010), he told me that he doesn't even feel comfortable setting a new date for completion. He has told me more than once that he doesn't have the funds to complete this project. He has only supplied me with invoices for about $2500 worth of work, even though I have paid him more than $3500 in total. I have been asking for the remaining invoices for going on two months. He has yet to account for nearly $1000 worth of materials he claims to have purchased for this project.

also told us we would be getting a $275 refund for pool services not rendered. Even though I have a record of the check for the refund being cut that posted in his own website, we have not yet received the refund or an explanation for the delay.
