"Original all in estimate for this provider was $31,000.00 and included remodel of bathroom with new cabinets and beautiful rain shower., new kitchen windows and making window seat chair height, new patio doors for bedroom and Arizona Room, new bar area in the Arizona Room, new tile floors in Master, former furnace room included in design for Master closet and remodeling present master closet with new closet setup. Also included was the provider obtaining all required building permits
What we got a beautiful new shower., and tile floor, cheap cabinets that were too small. We were never actually given the dimensions of the cabinetry and did not realize that bathroom cabinetry was smaller than cabinets for a kitchen. The cabinets were all ordered as single cabinets instead of doubles or triples and we lost approximated 20 Sq ft. of storage space. We were given three choices of sink for the bathroom, made a special trip out to the supplier to check out the sinks, made a choice a week later we were informed we had chosen a kitchen sink not a bathroom sink and we needed to make another selection. We made another selection guess what it was too big also but we didn't know this until it was being installed. The project manager had to build out the cabinetry to accommodate the sink. The Design Consultant was very friendly but never seem to hear what we were saying. From the very start we told him we wanted a large rain shower and a pocket door. When we went to pick out the bathroom hardware and plumbing he kept showing us shower heads that were not rain shower heads. I finally got angry and loudly that we were having a rain shower and that is final. I do not want to hear another word about our shower head be an alternate to a rain shower. The 80+ items contract we signed did not actually specify the plumbing hardware or the pocket door. We paid extra to have what we specified we wanted from the beginning.
We did not get new kitchen windows, We did not get new patio doors for the Master and the Arizona room nor did we get a new bar area in the Arizona Room. The former furnace room was never incorporated in the original design giving us a large master bath well designed but we did get a haphazard closet out it.
We requested that the Design Consultant not accomany the Vice President and Project Superintendent when they came to our house for the final meeting. The Design Consultant had insulted us once to often. The Vice President did not care to hear about out complaints about the Design Consultant and was not interested in even looking at the bathroom cabinetry to check out our complaints.
Under no circumstance would I recommend anyone who does not have money to throw away ever go near this provider.

"We bought an Angie's List deal in
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
, 2011 to have
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
design this for us.
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
and
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
did so and we were very impressed by both of them and the plan provided. We knew we could not go forward at that time with the remodel. In January, 2013, I contacted
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
and advised we would like to proceed. Prior to deciding that indeed we wanted to proceed with
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
, I had checked out numerous reviews of
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
(by now much more numerous) and researched other companies. Perhaps the most striking and relevant thing to me was how
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
responded to problems cited that arose during the job compared to other companies. Additionally, that impression was reinforced by the difference in how
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
responded to a complaint in a review - it was minor and I don't even recall any substantial negative comments in all of the reviews.
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was professional and not defensive - diametrically opposed to that of another contractor we were considering. We chose
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
because of its favorable reviews but the deciding factor would have been the positive reviews for good customer relations, responsiveness, integrity, and professionalism. That decision was validated.
We worked with
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
and
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
during the design phase. We were experiencing time lags between design meetings and finalization; there was an uncharacteristic reduction in timeliness in about April. Being new to such an involved process, this could have been the norm and/or partly our fault. As it turned out,
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
had left the company. Our new project manager,
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
, came very late in the process, when the design phase was complete and a contract signed.
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
had a huge job getting up to speed on the history and decisions as he had been present in none of our meetings. He did that very well. Whereas we had thought we would be done by
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
, construction did not begin until then. It was miserable as we remained in the home!
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
could not have been more helpful in accommodating issues that arose due to the effects of having no ceiling and A/C in part of the house. The cabinet installers were exceedingly astute in noting flaws we never would have noticed until later.
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very detail-oriented and noticed things he considered beneath his standard that he insisted be fixed. We never noticed most. All the subs working here were very considerate and good. The only problems that arose were with the counter top fabricator and the first electrician who came.
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
quickly assured that the latter would do no more electrical work here, on his own initiative.
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
also worked with the company where we purchased all our appliances to assure the gas, water, and electrical were in the proper location when installation occurred.. Therein
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
the value of having a good general contractor and project manager who will deal with managing all the work and subs - invaluable!
The project was done in one month except - the error the fabricator made in not doing the edging we specified meant an additional 6 weeks before the counter top could be replaced. The sink had broken when installing it (due to a manufacturer defect). Rather than wait for the counter to be replaced,
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
had the sink installed, which meant uninstalling and reinstalling it later when the correct counter tops arrived. Small detail work that emerged was completed satisfactorily.
We could not be more pleased with the finished project and our association with
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
.

"Great. They are always dependable and deliver services quoted. We also use them for snow removal and they come back in the spring and throw seed and repair anything they might have caused while plowing

" We had a great experience with
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
from
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
. We found him to be honest, trustworthy and able to explain things in a way that we could understand. He was the one person we interviewed who seemed to have expertise in all of the areas we needed. It was tricky working with two kitchen windows that connected in the corner against a metal support post as well as cutting back two feet of the back brick wall to enlarge the window. He also replaced the support beam that extended all the way across most of the patio and over the new back window and into some of the wall. We chose aluminum instead of vinyl to blend with the rest of our home and the windows look fantastic. Most window companies seemed confused but
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
knew just what was needed. We have a cathedral ceiling in the kitchen and dining and he removed the drop down soffit and florescent lights and raised the ceiling. He sheet rocked. His subcontractors came in for the texturing and electrical (including can lights and under counter lighting.) Another contractor rerouted the duct work that was going through the soffit and made it much more efficient.
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
also expanded the breakfast and dining room walk through by about five feet. Everyone who came by was competent and professional. We needed to be out of town for about six weeks during the middle of our project and
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
worked with us and our schedule. His bid was very reasonable and there were no surprise charges. Except for the contractors mentioned, he did all of the work. We decided to join Angie's List to find a contractor that we could trust and we are glad we found
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
. The quality of his work was excellent and we are thrilled with our new kitchen.
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
did not put in the cabinets or floor because I had already ordered them before we started the remodel.

"Acuman Builders (
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
) did an excellent job with our tear out and installation of our new Mexican tile floor. His bid was $800.00 less than the next lowest bid. His men worked over the weekend demolished and installed. By the time we returned on Monday it was nearly complete- just as
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
had promised.
The work was of top quality and
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very easy to work with. Our new floor is beautiful and the whole process went smoothly. I would recommend
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
to anyone.

"He was punctual and responsive all through the completion of the project. Unfortunately he seemed to fall short in paying attention to detail as a result cabinets that were moved no longer close. Tiles
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
really uneven. Walls pop loudly and wake us at night because the wood frame did not include proper expansion braces built in. Tons of extra supplies, aka money out of our pocket, was used or unused and simply wastefully purchased. He even told us there was some sort of warrantee with his service, but when we had a leak, he came to check it out but never returned to fix it. Meaning we had to hire someone else to fix the problem and that plumber stated he believed farther problems
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
behind the wall, but fixing those means starting all over and coming up with thousands more dollars to fix the problems.

"I am amazed with the results and I have to say that every question i had along the way was answered immediately and in a way that I can understand. I am an Accountant and the only thing that I really understand is the final cost. While it nearly killed me to shell out almost $40,000 for the addition, our new appraisal came in and the house is now worth $75,000 more than pre-remodel. Our old master bedroom is now bedroom number three and our new master is perfect. We finally got the huge bathroom that we have always wanted with a walk in shower big enough for 6 people and a giant jacuzzi tub, my wife is in heaven.

"I set an appointment the previous week to get an estimate on converting a carport to a garage. I chose them because of reviews and history. However, when I called to confirm appointment this morning there seemed to be confusion as to which salesperson was scheduled for me. I was told there would be a two-hour window (appointment was 12-2 p.m.) with a 30-minute call when they were coming out. I called to ask how come I hadn't received a call since I had to get back to work, she said both men were not answering their phones. Either the person answering the phone (
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
) may have messed up and not scheduled me correctly, or the salespeople both felt that the appointment they were at had more value than my job would. Either way, no phone call was received. I am soured on their customer service and why would I expect anything different once a job was started. I suspect they will respond with some heartfelt excuse as to why they didn't call or show up for that matter. First impressions count and I will be giving my money to someone else.

"We had used
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
Developmet three years ago to remodel our master bathroom and were so pleased with their work, we didn't hesitate to call them again when we decided to do a number of projects this year.
This was a multi-job project that took place over several months as we kept finding more things we wanted done. The first job was to gut the guest bathroom (except for the tub and toilet) and put in new ceramic tile in the shower, new glass sinks, new granite countertops, new cabinets, all new plumbing and electrical fixtures, and then paint the ceiling and walls. With the exception of a missing part for the shower fixture, everything went without a hitch! The work was quickly and efficiently done. All workmen arrived when they said they would. Everything as cleaned up when they left. The foreman was on hand every day to check up on the work and solve any questions that arose. The painter worked with me to find just the color I was picturing for the walls! The room looks beautiful and has received many compliments.
Next we installed new glass in our skylights and cupola and had the foam roof refinished. That also all went according to plan and finished on time.
Then we had the old ceramic tile floors removed and new ones put down. That happened with a minimum of dust and interruption to our lives. They were very caref ul to keep the dust and dirt contained and to replace all the appliances and make sure they were working properly.
We also had them come out with an A/C specialist to suggest how we could add a second unit to the part of our house that was always too warm. That unit has made a huge difference in our comfort levels and reduced our electric bill.
The last project was to get an estimate on raising the drop ceiling in our kitchen
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
Sertich brought his kitchen remodeling expert out to suggest how we could raise the dropped ceiling given that the A/C ducts ran above it. He came up with a cost effective solution which we will execute next year.
We highly recommend
Phoenix Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
for any job, large or small. Their attention to detail make them very easy to work with and their workers and sub-contractors are all tops in their fields.
