"It was a wonderful experience for both of us. My dog is a 14 year old labrador retriever who is very arthritic. They were so kind and gentle with her - and she looked terrific when she was finished. She wasn't in the least traumatized by her experience and was happy and calm when finished (they do not use sedatives). I would recommend this service for anyone who needs a calm and caring atmosphere for their pet and an excellent grooming as well."

"The Express Wash and Drys are a great bargain with day care packages (most packages come with either 2 free Wash and Drys or 1 full groom per month). Usually I have the dogs washed while they're at daycare, and when I pick them up they're already clean and dry and decorated. The dogs certainly love the attention they get while being bathed. For grooming, they take the time to hear exactly how you would like your dog groomed. I had problems with this at first because as a first time dog owner, I had no idea what to say in terms of grooming. Taking a picture helped a lot."
