and
did a wonderful job taking care of our little zoo (1 large dog, 2 cats, 8 chickens, 1 duck, and 2 hermit crabs!) while we were away for a week.
was very responsive when we first contacted her, and came over within a few days to meet the family and get a better understanding of what we needed. She asked all of the right questions - thinking of things we might have forgotten to mention. She called a couple of days before we left to confirm that everything was ready to go (alarm code, food, supplies, etc.).
This was our first time using
, and
was so very accommodating to all of our crazy needs. We forgot to tell
about about the hermit crabs, the chickens'
started leaking and their feeder kept clogging, and the dog and cats went on a hunger strike - basically our zoo wasn't cooperating!
and
handled all of this in stride and worked many extra hours to be sure everyone was fed, watered, taken care of, and most of all loved.
kept in touch via text and one quick phone call with a couple of questions - but even with all the craziness
took care of everything and let us rest easy, relax, and enjoy our vacation.
They are true animal lovers and we just cannot thank them enough for the wonderful job they did. We highly recommend
and looking forward to using them for all of our future travel!

We have 2 dogs. One that is a very picky eater and anxious when we are away.
took great care to ensure that our "boys" both got plenty of attention and extra care was given to our picky eater to make sure he ate well while we were away. She leaves notes detailing her daily visits and is easy to contact for check in calls. Also turns on/off lights and picks up mail. She definitely has a special way with animals and her love for pets is very evident. She does not panic over small "issues", which is a problem we have had to deal with in the past with other pet sitters. Very trustworthy!

We are certainly grateful to
Phoenix Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
for the care over our home and cat. The anxiety on an owner to entrust what they hold
Phoenix Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
to them, to another whom has no connections, has not faired well in the past. I am so glad we found a solution that worked out wonderfully! Thanks again and Now on to book our next need for you, as we're not afraid to leave! :)

is a lover of dogs and my Labs showed me when I arrived home after a four day trip. She came three times a day. She had a written 3 page report on each day's activities and how my dogs responded. She groomed them each day, I noticed since their coat was very shinny. They looked happy and ready to be pampered. She took care of my herbs and

and none of them died. She took out my garbage on garbage day mainly because I did some spring cleaning and it had to go out and she brought it in because of the strict

rules in my neighborhood. My dogs loved her. This was the best experience I've had with

came home to meet our dogs, we really appreciate her availability, as we were departing for a trip the same afternoon.
She came every day to feed and water our 4 dogs, she send us a photo each day she was there, so we can see them and know they were doing well.
she's very nice and professional at the same time!...More /> we'll call them from now on every-time we need help!

Very good experience.
Phoenix Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
and her co-worker came out before our trip to meet the animals. They asked all the important questions to make sure that they knew exactly what was to take place while we were gone.
When we were gone they showed up twice per day and provided detailed written notes on how things went. All of the animals were happy when we got home and everything was in great shape. They also were very prompt to respond to emails / text messages while we were gone to give us frequent updates.

has been very reliable and very available with our intermittent requests, sometimes every day of a week, sometime 2x per day, sometimes early evening visits ... we are very satisfied and have never had a problem.

I can't say enough good things about Dr.
Phoenix Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
and
Phoenix Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
! I've had pets my entire life (and I've moved around a lot) so I've dealt with quite a few veterinarians over the years. Most of my experiences have been good. Most of the vets I've seen were likable and helpful, and I've generally felt that my pets were receiving satisfactory care. With that in mind, let me tell you that Dr.
Phoenix Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
is, without a doubt, the very best vet I've ever seen.
RE the clinic as a whole:
The techs and the front desk staff are great -- friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I've never had a problem scheduling an appointment at time that works for my schedule. And they have Saturday hours too, which is nice. The physical facilities are not snazzy but they're adequate. The clinic is in an older building and it's not fancy, but it's pleasant enough and always clean. Wait times are generally only 5-10 minutes. I think once I had to wait longer, but the tech apologized and explained that they had an emergency case that threw off the schedule. No problem. RE the vet (Dr.
Phoenix Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
): She's friendly and easy to talk to. She clearly likes and cares about my pets. She's a competent surgeon. The spay operation she performed on my year-old pup went very smoothly. Recovery time was quick and the incision healed so perfectly that after just a few weeks you could barely see it. She's proactive without being pushy. She provides enough concrete and detailed information about each situation and the treatment options so I can make an informed decision that I feel good about. Those are all good qualities, but they're qualities shared by many other vets. So here are a few things that really set Dr.
Phoenix Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
apart: She has given me information and options that other vets never mentioned when they were treating similar problems. This makes me think that she is sharper, more knowledgeable, and/or more up-to-date than the others. My dogs *really* like and trust her. I have one dog who is almost always reluctant to let a vet or tech lead him away from me -- he usually sits down and won't leave the room without a lot of leash-pulling and coaxing. But he'll follow Dr.
Phoenix Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
into the back area with no hesitation, tail wagging. And this is in spite of the fact that she's probably just done something unpleasant, like giving a shot or poking around in a sore ear. A lot of vets will begin a treatment and ask you to make a follow-up visit. But when you come back a week or a month later, you have to pretty much start your pet's whole history from scratch. Even with their notes in front of them, the doctors clearly don't remember your past visits in any detail. Dr.
Phoenix Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
, on the other hand, either has a fantastic memory or else she's very conscientious about reviewing patient files before an appointment (or a little of both). Either way, it's great because she walks in ready to pick up your pet's treatment as if you just talked to her an hour ago, even if it's been a couple months! If Dr.
Phoenix Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
doesn't know the answer to a question, she will look it up and get back to you with an answer. If she isn't familiar with a condition, she will research it. Yay! I mean seriously, this is *so* important. Nobody knows everything, and that's fine and normal, but I hate it when doctors brush things off or pretend they're not important rather than admitting that they don't know (and rather than going the extra mile and *finding out*!) My dog has a fairly rare condition, and none of the vets I've seen knew much about it. Dr.
Phoenix Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
is the only one who did the research and recommended a treatment. Everyone else said, "Let us know if gets worse. If he starts being in serious pain rather than just some itching and discomfort, we'll see what we can do for him." So I thought nothing *could* be done for him unless he got worse. Dr.
Phoenix Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
said, "Why let him be in *any* pain or discomfort if we can help it? Surely there must be something we can try. I'll do some reading and find out" She did, and now we've started a medication which is improving his symptoms by 70-80%. It's not a cure, but it's still a huge difference. My sweet little spaniel clearly feels much better; he's more energetic and playful than he's been for a long time. So thank you, Dr.
Phoenix Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
, for making the extra effort, for finding a solution, and for substantially improving my doggy's life! PS - This very long review was NOT transcribed from a telephone interview as stated below. The original review was given over the phone and was very short. Since I like this vet so much, I updated the review to give details. Normally I wouldn't spend nearly this much time on it, but in this particular case it seemed worth the effort. : )

typically arrived for the evening feeding on the day I leave for a show, then return twice a day for the duration of their services. Each dog is given individual attention, fed and then walked and given fresh water (. They always perform poop patrol on the yard on each visit and verify that the outer gates have not been tampered with and that there are no avenues of escape which consists of cleaning and refilling two buckets, 3 large bowls spaced out in the house and yard. I appreciate the daily record of activities and know if one of the dogs needs medical attention that they will ensure that the dog is taken care of.
