"This was our second time visiting Dr.
. As usual, he was really informative and helpful when explaining the procedure and its benefits," he had a good rapport with my son, and he didn't keep us waiting long after our arrival.

"They were very friendly, and they tried to be accommodating. They weren't always accommodating, but they tried their best. The staff was pretty nice. The doctors" were very nice, and very informative. One thing that I got ticked off about was that they told him he would have to go back in March, and so we flew down there. When we were in the hotel room, the doctor called and said that he really doesn't have anything more to tell us, and so we don't need to keep the appointment if we don't want to. I got mad because I said that I just flew 2000 miles for him to tell me that we didn't need the appointment. They are not real organized. The office was well laid out, and they tried. I know they deal with a lot of people. My son has to have his nose reconstructed, so we are going back there. They also had a lot of volunteers that were really nice.

One of our basic rights as United States citizens — to speak freely — is in jeopardy.

In a small, but scary trend, a growing niche of health care providers are requiring patients to sign away their rights to comment openly, anonymously, publicly and privately about the level of service they receive from physicians — good or bad.

Dr.

simply looked at the tests I had already had done and said he had nothing to add. He suggested I go to the
Phoenix Otolaryngologists Provider Name Locked
if I wanted another opinion on what to do about my ear pain and gave me information on an ear center in CA. He seemed perturbed that I had even made an appt with him to ask for his advice. His staff were wonderful, but Dr.

is a wet blanket who showed no interest in exploring what could be causing my ear problems that have persisted for two years now. A waste of time.

I was not impressed. He flunked the hearing test at school. The pediatrician referred us to Dr.
Phoenix Otolaryngologists Provider Name Locked
.
Phoenix Otolaryngologists Provider Name Locked
said he had some fluid on his ears and that may have been the issue and wanted to put him on steroids. It was finals time and I wasn't thrilled with the steroid idea. He goes well then lets do an xray. Once the xray came back it showed he had a congenital something or another. And so steroids wouldn't have helped and it was good that he didn't take them. Then it was like ok lets figure out what is causing the fluid ion his ears. He has allergies so then they tested him for allergies. They pricked his back I don't know how many times. They said he was allergic to everything except for water and something else. And that he was deathly allergic to cockroaches and horses. Thats when I had to call his bluff because we own ten horses that he helps me with. HE is not deathly allergic to them. So needless to say we haven't been back. He misdiagnosed my son.

I had so many sinus infections that my sinuses actually plugged up and I looked like a chipmunk. Plus I had a deviated septum. He fixed them ten years ago and I haven’t had any trouble since. They have a good billing system. I would go back to him in a minute if I needed to.

He is a great surgeon. He has a great bedside manner. He is one of the few doctors who actually takes the time to sit down and talk things through with you. You don't feel like you're on an assembly line.
