Optometry Reviews in Phoenix

so nice and takes time to explain why vision can worsen seemingly overnight with age. He also dispelled myths about things that can make your vision worse(wearing glasses, computer, etc) and told me to have computer lower than eye level is best for eyes.

The optical department unless you have a lot of money is rather expensive. It is in with the doctors. It has always been expensive but you have the right to take your prescription and go elsewhere. You
’t have to have it filled there. Everything is perfect. I am a very fussy picky person and I like everything perfect and if you cannot give me perfect I will not go there.

Optometry reviews in Phoenix

They are good. Another optometrist was ready to do a big operation on me but the lady from
Phoenix Optometrists Provider Name Locked
told me that I

’t need it. She told me that I have cataracts and she would not even get rid of the cataract for me. I can drive alright with my eye in this condition at night. I have a pool table and I play like a champion. So it’s not too bad. It’s a small trouble and I’ve got glasses for that. The people over there are good. There’s a doctor in there and I can’t remember her name. I remember the person who makes the glasses in there. They are the only people that I’ve dealt with. They are good and I’m happy with them. They saved me from having a big operation which I didn’t want to have at all. They would have had to dig into all the way into the back of my eye, and that’s scary. They are good on everything. I will use their services again in the future.

They are working on getting his eye to converge properly. This therapy is different and controversial. They think that it might not work as the research hasn’t been done well. Some of them think that it is unethical because it keeps children away from what they need. It has worked for my son. I really value and trust what
Phoenix Optometrists Provider Name Locked
recommends. She has a high level of integrity and she is not in there for the money. She works with some of the other clinics.

They are appointment based and are relatively quick. They specialize in eye care, but they are not high end. They

’t have advanced equipment. They are good for things like reading glasses and

things. They are not for advanced optic problems like glaucoma. They are fine other wise and their prices are fine. The office does what it says. The staff is a little inexperienced.

I felt I was very fortunate that I had a very bad cataract and the doctor worked on me and did a good job. However, there was no after care and I was very disappointed in that. I went back to them and they wouldn't see me, they referred me to another eye care place. They were not the ones who referred me, I just called them up on my home. I had further eye problems and I went to the other eye care company because I knew it was hopeless to go back to Horizon. It was very disappointing that they didn't have any post op care. I wouldn't go back to them for anything. My husband had the

surgery by Horizons and was very pleased with it. One time he did have some problems and he went back and they did take care of him. I wouldn't hold it against them as far as the surgery was concerned but the post op care is

. They just send you on your way. I think it has to do with that they have to be very cautious with whoever referred you, they don't want to interfere. I don't know. I went to them upset because I was seeing double, then continued to have problems. I still have double vision but it doesn't bother me, I wear special glasses. The office is pleasant.

I have been seeing them for two years. They are local and they are on time. They are very competent. They have many doctors there. I like everything about them, but I feel that the cost of their solutions is on the high side. The doctors and equipment are up-to-date, though. I will continue to use them in the future.
- Andy S.

I like that they are really good about following up with you and they will make sure you get in. They talk about different possibilities of things because I went ahead and got contacts and I did not think I needed anything at all. The optometrist checked it and told me that if we changed this one contact a little bit, it would make a big difference for me. She said that I could read with one and see with the other one better and it did because I thought it was me. They really work with you, make sure you are okay and are very caring. They also did eye therapy for my son because his eyes weren?t tracking well and he was having a lot of problems reading. He went through several months of training with the doctor that I go to and that helped him a lot. It is very family oriented and I never have a problem getting in and everybody is very good and I haven?t had a problem with the billing. I have been very happy with them.
- Suzanne T.

The staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They are all very professional and organized. The office is clean, comfortable and beautiful. I would recommend this center to others.

He's very personable & easy to talk to. His contact lens rates are good. He does a good job explaining things thoroughly.
