"The estimator was very professional and seemed thorough. The estimate and actual price paid were very close so I was pleased about that. I was also pleased that they moved our car and placed it in the truck with the household goods. However, on the day of the move (pick up), they seemed rushed. We also discovered my husband's pain pills missing after they left the house that had been on top of a dresser that was staying in Wisconsin.
When the load arrived in Arizona, we discovered several issues:
1. many boxes were crushed (several marked fragile with artwork inside) or caved in on one side
2. Our car was missing its new license sticker and we had to repurchase it
3. They were non-responsive to inquiries about the crushed boxes or a feedback review form I had filled out at their request
4. They lost the screws and bolts for the headboard of one of the beds
5. They piled things on top of each other in the garage, and did not follow instructions on labeling, including a very expensive granite sink that was in an original box that had clear labeling not to stack anything on top of it and also not to store it on its side
6. My son received the load/met the truck in Arizona and said that he had to ask them to reassemble beds, etc.
7. No follow up from ."

"I was able to set up service the week of my original call. Company was very professional and the workers arrived on time. They charge by the hour, and they worked diligently the entire time- they were not trying to drag out the service to collect additional funds. They were careful with the furniture and the walls. There were a couple of small dings in the sheetrock that I easily fixed. Due to the size and weight of the furniture moved, and the fact that a few pieces required manuevering around the landing of a stairs, I was satisfied with the minimal damage caused."

"I placed my initial phone call to this company as I was refered to them by the Property Manager of Belara Apartments that I love so much. Was given a date and time that I would receive a call back from the owner to provide an over the phone quote along with a date and time for the in person quote. Scheduled the move, asked for and received the written quote via fax and the movers followed with me the day before the move to confirm the date and arrival time. and his moving partner showed up and got right to work and were wonderful and very communicative with me about what they were doing and answered any questions that I may have had and did it all with professionalism and were extremely friendly and have great energy about them."

"Not good! I was originally told when I scheduled the move that I could expect an arrival time between 8 and 9am the day of the move. By 9:20 they hadn't arrived yet, so I called the movers to find out where they were. I was then told by the owner, ( ), that one of his guys had come in late, and they were running behind, but his guys were "on their way and should be there shortly". Around 1015 called me and said his guys were having some trouble finding my house, and I clarified the directions for him. Around 1030 he called back to say they were still lost, and at that time my girlfriend drove out to the cross streets they were waiting at nearby and had them follow her back to the house. Finally about 1045 they arrived. After loading the washer and dryer to take to the rental house in Anthem, they followed me there. At the rental they managed to heavily scrape the sides of the expensive front loader washer and dryer, (and I later found a few days later put a HUGE in the side of the cheap dryer they were dropping off there for my tenant to use!). They also put a heavy scratch across my front door moving the sofa out, and scraped the edges of my expensive French door refrigerator. The crew consisted of two men. The first guy was nice enough and seemed to kind of care about the work he was doing, his partner on the other hand, (an American Indian, I think he said his name was Wish) seemed annoyed by my close watching of their work and requests to be extra careful with various items during the move. Wish also smelled of alcohol. Once all of the items were moved out of the Anthem house, the movers followed me back to my current home where they were unloaded. They then voiced surprise that any stairs were involved, EVEN THOUGH I had told the secretary when scheduling the move that there were stairs at my house! During the process of moving a heavy, expensive, Marble Top Dresser up the stairs, Wish thought it was acceptable to pivot and rotate/grind the of its marble top on the tile floor at the base of the stairs while getting it into position, DESPITE my voicing concern AND his partner! I think it's a miracle it didn't crack or chip the marble. They then DROPPED the dresser on its end several times while moving it upstairs, one of which cracked and chipped a large section of the wall on the stairwell. Again, I found it miraculous that the dresser wasn't cracked or broken in the process. Following the work at my current home, the movers followed me to the last house in Peoria to drop off a stainless steel refrigerator. That, surprisingly, went off without incident. Prior to paying the bill for the 4.5 hours of moving it had taken them, I spoke to the friendly one of the two movers and asked what could be done in consideration for the above described damages. He said he didn't know, but offered to have me speak with , and since there wasn't a cell phone between the two of them, I called on mine. was understanding of my concerns, and I must say deeply discounted the charge for the move. Nonetheless, I am very unhappy with the overall experience, ESPECIALLY after finding a couple days later while at the rental house hooking up the washer and dryer that the dryer had a huge in one side that was causing the drum to rub up against that side of the machine when it was turned on. I find it nearly impossible to believe that it was damaged to that extent without either of the two movers knowing it happened, and yet nothing was said to me about it!"

"They were excellent. was very helpful when I called to book the appointment and was able to fit me in, eventhough I was moving Memorial Day weekend and only called 2 weeks in advance. She was very detailed about the costs and how the day would go. The movers were punctual and moved quickly! Both movers were very courteous and didn't take one break (they were with me for 4 hours). I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends/family. Worth every penny that I spent!"

"The move was painless. Service was quickly scheduled. The movers were five minutes early, were competent and professional and had the proper equipment and knowledge. The office was completely moved in approximately 2 hours. "

"I've employed a lot of movers over the years, but never have I had a more positive and fun experience than I did with . , , and showed up on time, smiles on their faces and ready to go to work. These guys knew what they were doing, Incredibly attentive to detail and took great care in all they did. All the furniture was shrink-wrapped and then padded. All boxes were packed securely, marked for contents, and what piece of furniture and what room the contents came from. Mirrors, artwork, anything that looked even remotely fragile was wrapped and padded
The first couple of hours the crew was packing things up, then and headed to the truck to begin loading while and finished packing and then began shuttling stuff down to and . Very, very efficient. We had a blast talking and joking around all day, but they never stopped working. It was obvious these guys love what they do, work incredibly well together, and get along like good friends.
When the truck was packed and ready to go, we headed off to the storage unit and within 90 minutes the unit was filled, everything organized and neatly stacked. I've had two other moving companies unload and load this same storage unit and it was always just putting stuff in and taking stuff out. No or reason. Just get it in and get it out. 's crew, like everything else they did, took great care so that the next time my daughter is ready to move, the moving company that moves her will have a lot of its work already done. They'll know exactly what goes where, and if they pay attention to how everything was packed into the storage unit, packing the truck will be a breeze.
Of course, when that next move comes will be the company I hire. And as long as I'm in the Valley they are the ONLY company I will ever hire.
I cannot give these guys high enough . They're A+ in my book.
The quote was $1,200, and that was based on 24 total man-hours, the truck, the trip charge, boxes of all shapes and sizes, all packing materials, physical packing, moving and unloading. It ended up being a total of 26 total man-hours and more materials than originally anticipated. The final bill was $1,200.
Again, cannot say enough good things about these guys. I found them Angie's List, liked what I read, and hoped those customers before me were right. They were. BIG TIME!
and , you deserve to be proud of your company. Everything you told me during the quote process that would be done, was done, and then some.
Thanks, guys, we'll have to do it again some time. Just not too soon. :-)

"The two movers arrived on time at the first location, packed furniture and loaded the truck. They accompanied me to the house location for the first unload and delivery, which went quickly and smoothly. Then it was on to the storage unit, which required rearranging and removal of certain items, some of them quite heavy, and reloading of the truck for the trip to Tucson. Everything went very well, took less time than I had anticipated, and the movers finished the job and were back in well before the close of business."

"I had assembled this furniture myself many years ago and I am NOT a handy person. Apparently I had used the wrong parts originally and hadn't lock-tighten everything down so when they started to move the desks and hutches some of them collapsed. I was afraid I would not be able to get this up again ( long ago lost the instructions) but and G didn't seem to be worried and when we got to the new office they fixed everything, swapping parts so everything fit together correctly and tightly. They did the whole job in about 2 1/2 hours! and G were the most professional moving team I have ever worked with and I would highly recommend them for your move. "

"I called the company with several questions and asked for a specific date to complete the move. I was pleased when the date I requested (near the end of the month) was available. However, when the actual movers showed up, they claimed that they couldn't park the truck in the front (a loading zone) and had to park about a block away (add a 5 minute walk to about 25 trips from the loft to the truck). Wondering why it was taking so long and a little annoyed at the time (I had a meeting to get to in the afternoon), I peered out the window of my building to see the two movers talking on their cell phones (instead of working). When they got to the new house, I told them to put everything in the front room and the I would move it later, to which one of the movers replied, "that's not fair, it costs you less." He wasn't trying to be funny. In addition to all this, they broke an expensive lamp in the hallway. I understand that accidents happen and I wasn't upset, as the foreman told me she would tell her management and that they would reimburse me for the lamp. I had to email the manager to get the lamp replaced. I also complained about the deliberately slow workers. I got no reply."
