These guys were very pleasant to work with, and they really know the ins and outs of security cameras, digital video recorders, wiring, etc. They are excellent when it comes to concealing wires. We can set the system to record either 24/7 or only when the cameras detect motion. It really is cool. We are somewhat technically challenged, but Rich was very patient in explaining everything to us. Yesterday I successfully backed up a couple of minutes of recorded footage to a thumb drive, just to make sure that I know how to do it if the need arises. It truly is easy. The high-quality cameras offer great views -- much better than I could have obtained if I had tried the do-it-yourself route. We like the one-year warranty on the equipment and the fact that Rich is available to answer any questions that might come up. We ended up with exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely hire this company again. By the way, we were impressed by some of the little things they did. For example, there was dove's nest near our patio and the two babies were almost -- but not quite -- ready to fly off on their own. While entering the backyard at one point, my wife noticed that one of the babies was on the ground, under the nest.
