The motion sensor light on the front of the garage and the two flood lights in the backyard also required signifcant work--running conduit, placing the switches indoors, and positioning the sensor light so that people on the sidewalk would not set it off and with the flood lights aiming one lamp of each unit to shine along the sides of the house while the others illuminated the backyard. They finished at 2 pm and cleaned up and returned at 6 am two days later to deinstall the 2 old patio fans and install the two new ones and replace the nonfunctioning doorbell. They finished at 7:30 am. Total labor time: 19 hours @ $65/hr. Total cost: approx. $1500 including materials and taxes. For the installation of the 3 new fans

Bill called me Thursday evening and asked if he could come earlier on Friday as he had a job that would only take him a few minutes to finish up that morning. Bill came at 9:00.
