He explained how he was going to repair each area; some needed screws to bring the wallboard back together and others needed caulked. One area was the ceiling at the peak of the roof line. The wall up to this area had wallpaper on it and I made a comment that I had no idea what

removed all of the wallpaper on that wall. His comment was that I paid for 3 hours of work and fixing the cracks wouldn't take 3 hours so he took removed the wallpaper as well as it was easy to remove. I had to leave for a doctor's appointment and left

on his own. We talked about how he could leave the house and still lock up. When I returned, the work was complete and the house was secure.
