"I have used
Phoenix Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
for 5 years now, and have never been completely pleased with their services or lack of professionalism. Their prices are high, the facility is increasingly outdated, cluttered and dirty, and I will no longer use them. "

"I love
Phoenix Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
. All of their staff definitely love animals. The owners, JJ and
Phoenix Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
, are very involved with the day to day operation, and they often chat and let you know how your pets are doing. My dogs come home from day care exhausted, and whenever they see us pulling into the parking lot, they immediately head for the entrance. They offer separate play groups for large and small dogs (depending on their energy level). I like the fact that they have an outdoor grassy area for the dogs to play in as well. The pet resort offers a package deal, which I strongly recommend. Depending on the package, members receive either free grooming or baths, a discount on Three Dog Bakery items, a discount in their retail store, and 50% boarding stays. It is well worth it."

Phoenix Animal Boarders Reviews

"I have been relying upon
Phoenix Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
for more than 5 years for all my boarding needs and for doggie day care while I am at work several times a week. I started going there when I got my last puppy, over 5 years ago. Rosie needed a lot more exercise than I could provide her during a walk in the neighborhood and day care was the perfect solution. She loved it there and I have been a loyal customer ever since on a weekly basis (and sometimes a daily basis). There is not enough room to explain all the times over the past 5 years the CCC folks have gone the extra mile for me and my pets. One example: I rescued a small stray dog, under 10 pounds at the time, and was nervous about leaving her alone with my big dogs until I was sure they were safe together. When I took them to daycare, the CCC folks put the little one in a separate run next to the big dogs for a couple of months, without charging extra for using an additional run. Everyone adjusted beautifully and she is the 3rd member of my canine family. I have boarded my dogs at CCC on numerous occasions while on business trips, vacations, and in the hospital, and they are always well cared for and in good spirits. I have also boarded one of my cats there twice for about 10 days each time, during some cat-traumatic remodeling. They put him in a couple of different indoor rooms to try to find the best fit for him and were diligent about giving him his medicine. The CCC folks treat me like family and my pets like their pets!"

"Wonderfully! I got to meet the hosts and inspect their home before booking. I found them to be great people with a vast knowledge and care for animals. They were more than willing to address my questions and concerns. They were happy to have me call with questions that came up after the initial visit and call to check in during my absence. They were also happy to offer advice about the food I had been using and gave me a full accounting of how things went for my dog while I was away."

"Excellent. My dog and I met Barb

for a home/facility tour. Barb provided phone numbers of 4 client references, all of whom spoke glowingly of her work. Barb is available and flexible. In fact, many of her clients are on-call professionals such as pilots and flight attendants. When I asked to pick up my dog a half-day later than planned, that was no problem. She charges by the day or half-day. The facility is the owner's home with an attached kennel room (air-conditioned with a window and doggy door), large yard, and swimming pool. Barb works full time at her dog-sitting and -boarding business, so the dogs get plenty of attention. My dog spent most of her weekend in the pool and came home wet and happy."

"Pros: Greeted warmly. Staff member remembered my name from when I had called for information. Staff member greeted and played with my dog while I was filling out paperwork, so that the dog could feel more comfortable with the transition. They were willing to take my dog's food (she's on a special diet). They feed the animals separately in their kennels and there's no food or treats distributed during day care play time. They took care of required vaccine updates when I dropped her off, so I didn't have to make a separate appointment with her usual vet. At the end of her stay, they gave me a daily report on her behavior, eating, toileting, and play behaviors. Cons: Older office; not much to look at but functional. Vet gave unsolicited and questionable medical opinion on my dog's teeth. Overall: excellent for boarding. "

"The location is close to the airport so dropping your pets off adds a minimal amount of time especially if you use the off site parking facilities on
Phoenix Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
. Being close also allows for a later arrival on return and it's really nice to pick up "the kids" just minutes after getting the car. Other pluses are that the flea and tick treatment is included, they have kennels large enough to board more than two large dogs together and someone lives on site. You do bring your own dog food and (I think) bedding. I dropped three dogs off on a Tuesday late afternoon and picked them up near closing on Thursday, I was charged for two days. The kennel I used before would add a day to charges if you picked up after noon."

"It seemed to go pretty well at first. The dog seemed to get a lot of exercise during the day. Then it went downhill fast. After the 2nd visit our dog picked up Kennel Cough from one of the other dogs. We figured it was just bad luck. After a week long stay (while we were on vacation) our dog came home with two gigantic warts that were absolutely disgusting. And the final straw was with the final visit. When we picked the dog up a little early we noticed they quickly switched collars. The *expletive* put a shock collar on our dog without our permission and were zapping her during her 3-day stay...completely unacceptable. When I asked the owner Dawn about it she completely lied, saying it was an aroma therapy collar...right, with batteries and two prongs to zap the dog. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! "

"They re a little far from my house, but their service is great with a good price. They have specialized play areas, an outside play room, and a doggie swimming pool. When I pick up my dog, he is happy and healthy. They also give the pets special treats. They care about the animals that are in their facility."

"Every time I take my dog there, they check for fleas. I have to bring its shot records even though my dog has been there before. They charge 14.00 per day. They have a doggy time. They have individual time with my dog. They let them socialize together with other dogs and do that kind of stuff. They did pretty good. I am very happy with them."
