"Customer Service is a thing of the past at 
. Cashiers are more interested in chatting with their co-workers instead of talking to you, the customer. And forget about friendly if you need to return something. You would think the cashier at the Return Desk was going to have to pay it out of "their" own pocket. Take a close look at the prices at , they tend to be slightly higher than Home Depot. Take a quick picture of the item and price, then take it to Home Depot, they will match and beat it by 10% if it's the exact same item."

"I really liked the salesperson here, he was very knowledgeable. They did kind of screw up my delivery though, but they took care of it. With no problems. It was still a little bit of an inconvenience because I had to take it back. Other than that, they were great and I had no problems. Everything is fine with the T.V. and I am very happy. I would recommend going here and I would not have a problem going back here either."

"Horribly. After waiting more than a week to have them make a house call, we thought the problem was fixed. However, while doing our first load of wash following the repair, all of the water drained onto the floor from the washer. We called back to schedule an appointment for them to come out and fix the problem, and they insisted that they could not give us a priority appointment, but instead that we would have to wait more than one week to have them come back out and fix the problem they caused--much, much worse than the small water leak we originally had. The washer is essentially unusable after their service. We decided to use another company to repair ' work and to seek reimbursement of all costs from through complaint and eventually lawsuit if necessary."

" was very busy when we went to place the order and we had to wait in line. was friendly and helpful. We originally thought we'd have their subcontractor install the doors. However, we were operating on a very tight deadline because we were having tile installed in our master bath where the closets are located. The subcontractor would not schedule an installation until someone came out to measure. We made arrangements with a handyman to do the installation. The doors didn't arrive on time. When we phoned, no one at knew when they would arrive. We had to phone a couple of times and wait on hold. We had to make alternate arrangements with the tilers. When we went to pick up the doors on 1/20/06, there was another line at the pick-up counter and only one staff person was working there. At that point, he told us we should have called in advance to let them know we were coming. It took the staff a long time to retrieve the doors. We had to load them."

"These folks are very passionate about shower heads! They provide a lot of information on their website, including a chart that compares the models they sell. Based on their recommendation and those of who had previously ordered them, we ordered the Giessdorf solid brass ones with a titanium gold finish. They provide a powerful flow, especially if you remove the flow control washer, that can be adjusted. These are hands down the best shower heads we've ever owned! Shipping was fast and instructions were included."

"Overall went OK. Two people came to give the estimate, one clearly being trained on the job by the other. They went into a lot of detail (perhaps too much) on the quality of their cabinet product. In the end decided not to use them because their price was around $2k more than I was quoted by one of their competitors."
