"It went really well and showed much improvement . I have been dealing with hair loss as a result of illlness for over a year and after finally being given a medical" diagnosis by my physician I began searching for someone who could help me feel better about myself again. It is devestating as a woman to your hair and was very supportive and encouraging throughout. She first created a hair sytem for me and then we started scalp treatments and laser therapy in January. always shows genuine concern and works in conjunction with my medical treatments. She is always flexible and willing to work around my difficult work schedule. The good news is my hair is starting to grow back and I am not so self conscious going out anymore. Going to continue using the products and has set me up so I can do most treatments at home now.

Hair Transplant reviews in Phoenix

The owner measured my head as I expected and ordered a hair replacement piece based on my current hair loss, my existing hair and the pieces I showed her for style and color. When the new piece arrived she colored the piece. Once I met with her at her salon, she had to recolor the piece. She cut it and curled the piece. I told her the length I preferred ...More my bangs and that I wore my hair straight and that I accomplished this using a flat iron. She proceeded to cut the hair and curl it to her preference. I didn't realize until after I first washed the hair and used a flat iron on it that the bangs were extremely short and the length of the hair overall was shorter than my other pieces. Also, she had ignored my request for her to make the hair around my face toward the front be slightly longer than in the front than in the back. Always in the past when I have purchased these replacement system pieces, the stylist has cut the pieces gradually making sure that there is opportunity for correction. The owner of the salon did not handle this purchase of over $800 with professional concern. The hair is well made so her supplier is good but the owner of this business has not shown me that she has any concern for her customer's appearance and expectations. I cannot wear all my pieces now because my older pieces are darker and longer than this new piece. I do not want to look like I'm wearing a hair replacement piece when I'm at work day after day. On top of all this, the cut is bad. I have to curl it with a curling iron to hide the awful bluntness on the ends of the hair. Also, the banks have a "V" look to them and there's nothing I can do about this. It actually looks like I had a very unprofessional haircut done. Unfortunately, this one won't grow out! I am extremely upset about her lack of sensitivity about my appearance and the amount of money she collected from me so that she could destroy any real benefit I can get from spending this much money. Do not use this business if you care at all about your appearance after she is done with your purchase.

This place is fantastic. They are truly angels. If a person has hair loss from chemotherapy or anything else and will help you. It brings tears to my eyes thinking of the level of support I have seen these women give. This store is filled with stories of healing journeys. They have a private room ...More if needed for privacy. If you are about to loose all your hair they will style a wig for you and shave your head and you leave with hair and avoid the trauma so many feel with hair loss. No cancer facility or other wig place in town comes close to this level from our research and experience.

I think their whole procedure is a sham!
When I got the procedure done it faded after 3weeks.
I went in a 2cd time & had it re-done and my scalp turned BLUE!!!!

The surgery takes place there in his office, and one must prepare for several weeks in advance to get the best result. There is medication, and laser lights and massage to be done, and all of that makes an enormous difference to the success. One always has access to knowledgeable staff for coaching along the way.
I went in early (7 am) one morning, ...More prepared to stay all day. The place is perfectly clean and quiet, and I was treated like a princess. Versed and Valium (I think) were used to put me to sleep, and there was absolutely no pain. Dr. C did all the work on me himself, and yet there were lab techs all around the room working quietly at microscopes to prepare the cells for the transplant. Dr. C's method is different than that of other doctors, and the results are better and more precise.
I was brought the lunch of my choice from the restaurant of my choice, and by mid-afternoon I was done! Ready for someone to pick me up and take me home to bed.
Then there is about 10 days of healing (though with my original hairdo it was possible to go out in public by the second day.) I used special vitamins and medication and spray to help the healing.
THE MOST DIFFICULT PART was the waiting! Weeks and weeks, and I counted them every day. Dr. C said do not even think of looking for any results for 4-5 months. About 1/2 way through the process even more hair than ever fell out and I thought the very most awful thoughts. But I called and went in for a consult and was reassured. And now, 9 months later, I have the most beautiful hair I could have ever wished for. Every day I look in the mirror and smile. And bless that man.

I was recommended to him by my primary care physician. He is pretty old and is about to retire soon. He gave up operating patients. He is top notch. I cannot get in the same day but rather the next day from the time I make an appointment. Sometimes I have to wait a little longer than I like as he works on children to. He has a great staff. He ...More fixed the problem I had on in ear during the surgery but is not able to find a cure for the deafness I woke up with in the other ear. I would use him again in the future.

I've been using ( the owner ) for years. Have been to several other hair replacements companies in the past and was not satisfied. The overeall experience is discreet, cost effective and pleasant. The staff is always a pleasure and very accomodating. Would recommend them to anyone. Very professional.

When my children were small I took them to a pediatric dentist. They were scared to death of that man and they dreaded having dental work done. When we took them to Dr. I their anxieties vanished.

I had dental ins. through a plan at work. Years ago I thought I'd try it when a cap on a front tooth came off. That dentist told me ...More the tooth had decay and I needed emergency extraction by an oral surgeon and an implant with the out-of-pocket deductions costing me thousands. I decided to seek Dr. I's opinion. He told me he could take care of the small decay and save the cap. I've not had a problem with it since.

My husband was told by the ins. co. dentist that he had gum problems which again would mean an insurance deductible of over $1,000. Dr. took care of it at a cost less than what would have been our deductible.

These are just a few of the reasons I highly recommend him. He's a wonderful man.

Worst experience ever! This woman does not know the meaning of customer service. I thought I would have been shown some choices to choose from or at least talked more in detail about the look I want... but no just, "do you want it thick or thin"? But that wasn't the worst of it. It is a pretty scary procedure as it has to do with needles ...More around the sensitive eye area! When I mentioned I was a bit nervous (naturally), she did not like that at all, and told me if I was going to be scared she could not perform her service. (I really wasn't scared until after getting into it and seeing how scary "she" was.) I did not move and remained very calm, even though it was terribly uncomfortable...Then a few minutes into it, when I made a comment about my eyes watering so much, and was that still ok? ... She actually stopped in the middle of the tattooing and gave me a little speech about letting her do her job and remaining calm. I felt I was d*** well under the circumstances and remaining very calm and asked her to please continue (as I was now wondering if the numbing medication might be wearing off as she just sat there). Her defensive attitude was a bit awkward and caused me to start wondering what I had gotten myself into?. She was NOT professionally comforting as one would expect... Her attitude was terrible and I just wanted to get it over with! (Not at all excited, as I once was about the results; just praying it wasn’t a disaster!) She let me know it wasn't "taking" on the right eye, as she had to start over and numb and do again... and again. But she just didn't give me the feeling it was going well at all... as I got no encouraging words from her. She finished up and asked her assistant to finish up and take pics. I was a little taken aback by the way she treated me without asking me how I felt or if I was satisfied with the look, or anything at all! But she just walked out when finished without saying a word about it, so I naturally wondered if something went wrong. (I did feel it wasn’t what I wanted, with barely a visible line underneath, but that she just wasn't able to get it to "take" well as she had said). She probably didn't wish to give me a to complain... which I never did... And honestly, I was just glad it did not come out a disaster, considering the trouble we seemed to have; and pretty sure she wouldn’t have cared to do anything about it if it did! What happened after this was unbelievable and I have no doubt she will deny it. I walked out to the lobby to leave... I said goodbye and thank you... was talking to a customer so I didn't bother her. But then, when I went out to my car I decided I needed to go to the restroom (and I couldn't find my keys). I was also feeling a little disturbed at the lousy customer service, the more I thought about it. So when I went inside, I said I wanted to talk to her, but waited for her customer to leave. I remained calm and tried my best not to show my agitation; but when I questioned her behavior, commenting on how I was surprised she did not bother to ask me how I liked it... how I was feeling, etc., she became very angry and defensive! She just said something about how long she had been doing this.... and my attitude and I don't even know what else, instead of apologizing to me or asking me how I feel or how I like it, etc.? It was so obvious she did not care! I simply told her I couldn't believe the customer service and her ego! She totally lost it and demanded I leave her store! I was shocked and told her so, and that I wasn't going to leave until she talked to me and answered my questions. (Just a little customer service was too much for her?!) I did not threaten her in any way and am a very small unintimidating person... I guess that's why she thought she could intimidate me! She instructed her assistant to call 911! She did... she went off about how she should give them my license, yada yada yada... She's telling me she's calling the police and I'm saying "for what"?! Really? This is how you treat a first time customer!" Unbelievable! Anyone that knows me, knows that I am not a trouble maker! But this woman is, obviously! I stepped toward the water machine and got a cup and before I could get the water (as I so needed it after that procedure) she physically pushed me away! I can tell you by now I was angry, but I remained calm... did not cuss her out like most would (as I felt like it) ... and did of course leave... But it was the most ridiculous, incredulous negative occurence I've ever known? How can this woman, with her 'bad" attitude and horrible customer service get away with that and with running a business like this? Others are bound to have had such experiences, but they rarely take the time and trouble to do anything about it. is very scary! She actually ran outside and copied down my license plate number on my car, as if I was some criminal that she was going to turn in! This woman is out of control and there's no telling what she's capable of! Beware, ladies! This one’s out of control! You DO NOT want to take your chances with a person such as this when it comes to such delicate and permanent procedures! I have since read other complaints… which if I had seen before, would have not ever have gone to her! (i.e. She screwed up another girl’s eyeliner and did not/ would not fix it for her without another $100 charge! I am one of the lucky ones!)
