Worst experience ever! This woman does not know the meaning of customer service. I thought I would have been shown some choices to choose from or at least talked more in detail about the look I want... but no just, "do you want it thick or thin"? But that wasn't the worst of it. It is a pretty scary procedure as it has to do with needles around the sensitive eye area! When I mentioned I was a bit nervous (naturally), she did not like that at all, and told me if I was going to be scared she could not perform her service. (I really wasn't scared until after getting into it and seeing how scary "she" was.) I did not move and remained very calm, even though it was terribly uncomfortable...Then a few minutes into it, when I made a

Her defensive attitude was a bit awkward and caused me to start wondering what I had gotten myself into?. She was NOT professionally comforting as one would expect... Her attitude was terrible and I just wanted to get it over with! (Not at all excited, as I once was about the results; just praying it wasn’t a disaster!) She let me know it wasn't "taking" on the right eye, as she had to start over and numb and do again... and again. But she just didn't give me the feeling it was going well at all... as I got no encouraging words from her. She finished up and asked her assistant to finish up and take pics. I was a little taken aback by the way she treated me without asking me how I felt or if I was satisfied with the look, or anything at all! But she just walked out when finished without saying a word about it, so I naturally wondered if something went wrong. (I did feel it wasn’t what I wanted, with barely a visible line underneath, but that she just wasn't able to get it to "take" well as she had said). She probably didn't wish to give me a

was talking to a customer so I didn't bother her. But then, when I went out to my car I decided I needed to go to the restroom (and I couldn't find my keys). I was also feeling a little disturbed at the lousy customer service, the more I thought about it. So when I went inside, I said I wanted to talk to her, but waited for her customer to leave. I remained calm and tried my best not to show my agitation; but when I questioned her behavior, commenting on how I was surprised she did not bother to ask me how I liked it... how I was feeling, etc., she became very angry and defensive! She just said something about how long she had been doing this.... and my attitude and I don't even know what else, instead of apologizing to me or asking me how I feel or how I like it, etc.? It was so obvious she did not care! I simply told her I couldn't believe the customer service and her ego! She totally lost it and demanded I leave her store! I was shocked and told her so, and that I wasn't going to leave until she talked to me and answered my questions. (Just a little customer service was too much for her?!) I did not threaten her in any way and am a very small unintimidating person... I guess that's why she thought she could intimidate me! She instructed her assistant to call 911! She did... she went off about how she should give them my license, yada yada yada... She's telling me she's calling the police and I'm saying "for what"?! Really? This is how you treat a first time customer!" Unbelievable! Anyone that knows me, knows that I am not a trouble maker! But this woman is, obviously! I stepped toward the water machine and got a cup and before I could get the water (as I so needed it after that procedure) she physically pushed me away! I can tell you by now I was angry, but I remained calm... did not cuss her out like most would (as I felt like it) ... and did of course leave... But it was the most ridiculous, incredulous negative occurence I've ever known? How can this woman, with her 'bad" attitude and horrible customer service get away with that and with running a business like this? Others are bound to have had such experiences, but they rarely take the time and trouble to do anything about it.

This woman is out of control and there's no telling what she's capable of! Beware, ladies! This one’s out of control! You DO NOT want to take your chances with a person such as this when it comes to such delicate and permanent procedures! I have since read other complaints… which if I had seen before, would have not ever have gone to her! (i.e. She screwed up another girl’s eyeliner and did not/ would not fix it for her without another $100 charge! I am one of the lucky ones!)

I was very disappointed with this "doctor" (he's more of snake-oil merchant and charlatan). I responded to

's television commercial advertising hair transplantion for three dollars a graft, with packages starting at $2,500--sounded like a reasonable deal. But once the consultation began, he became very shifty, insisting my condition necessitated a much more comprehensive approach: I required a far greater amount, plus laser and blood plasma treatments. While I would have enjoyed receiving a full range of therapies, my budget would not allow such extravagance. I explained my situation and how, in the future, I'd be willing to undergo further procedures, just can't do it all at once. Still, he persisted in promoting these techniques and how much I needed them. Finally a price of $3,000 for one thousand grafts was reached, but even then he was evasive about what he could promise--even the number of grafts were simply a rough estimate. If he's so reluctant to commit, he has no business advertising a set price and amount. I had been planning to have this done soon and was running out of time so, against my better judgement, I agreed. I paid a deposit and scheduled the operation. On the appointed day, he administered pain medication, but not enough. And it hurt! He gave me more, but still insufficient. He scolded ME for being too sensitive! He then realized I hadn't made the final payment (which I had expected to pay after his services were rendered) and insisted I pay NOW. Nope--sorry--can't wait. So everything stopped and I had to pull out my credit card. Very unprofessional---perhaps other patients so dissatisfied with his sloppy arrangements had reneged in the past. I wish those patients had written a review! Then, he invited a student in to assist. I understand young physicians have to learn, but I would have preferred that, with the amount I paid, she would simply observe and not make the crucial incision from my donor site. He spent another hour working on me, then left me with his assistants to spend the next two hours finishing the job. I would have appreciated (and expected) him to be more involved. I spent the next nine days recuperating. When he removed the sutures from the donor site on the back of my head, I mentioned how sore it felt on the right side.
