came out for the initial consultation and was able to give me the cost of the project before he left. The two man crew that came out were very polite and professional. On the second day they were able to do a small additional downspout upon my request (that was not on the initial order) without having to check back in or come back on a different day. Two minor issues. First, when they called to schedule the actual work they wanted to come out the next day. I would have appreciated a little more lead time. Second, they did not load the truck appropriately so they did not have everything they needed to complete the job and had to come out a second day. Overall I still would recommend the company as I am very satisfied with the work that they did."
