"I didn't expect replacing all our flooring throughout the house would be an easy task. It wasn't! From moving furniture, emptying bookcases, desks, closets and dealing with nearly every room in our house was a major endeavor. I expected some problems but not as many as we encountered. Delays, delays, delays!!! However, all of these problems were due to the manufacturers of the products and NOT

Every time there was more bad news,
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
(President of

) came to our home to explain what had happened. The biggest problem was no delivery of our upstairs flooring which would have delayed our install for weeks!
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
offered different solutions; he was willing to make things right which probably cost his company. He was always cheerful and, as a matter of fact, I feel that we are now friends that shared a long, tedious project together. I would do business with them again because I felt like more than "just another customer". The only negative thing I would comment on would be two workers (out of four) who neglected to clean up properly after they completed our wood flooring, they were regularly late and worked short hours. I'd never have them again. I'd just ask for different workers if I ever get the one room done that did not get new flooring.

"Worked with
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
in the showroom, who is very patient and pleasant. I found what I wanted online, actually, and took the info to her; had sample out for several days with no problem. Scheduled easily around my holidays and time off. Called ahead about delivery of supplies and the need to put them inside to acclimate. Called afterwards to make sure all had gone well.
Installer,
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
, was super easy going, very pleasant, and meticulous with his work. He really wanted things to fit well and look good. He is not pushy about his opinion, but gave ideas and suggestions which I appreciated. The floors look great, and I really like the baseboards he recommended. We ran into trouble fitting the dishwasher because of the poor layout, so he worked around it while I decided what to do. Ended up with a smaller dishwasher, he installed for the going rate, and he triple checked it for leaks. He cleaned up the work area when he was done. And again, he's just a very nice man. He did say they only use installers who can pass background checks, which is why he works alone. It did take longer than I expected, but I've only had new flooring once before, and that was installed by a crew who were in and out, damaged my walls and put the seams in the worst places. So this craftsmanship is so appreciated and is worth the extra time.

promptly returned my call regarding a request for an estimate, and he arrived the next day as scheduled. The price for the tile installation was comparable to other estimates we had received, but the work could be done sooner, so we unfortunately chose
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
. The work was completed by 2 installers who arrived at 9am both days of the job. They were professional and did a nice job of cleanup--or so we thought. Shortly after they left, we noticed some odd stains on the tile that appeared to be liquid stains only visible in certain lighting which we were unable to remove. When we called the company, they were very nice until they noticed that we hadn't purchased the tile from them; they told us we needed to contact the place where we purchased the tile and refused to come to even look at the stains. Our other issue: We also had a glass mosiac
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
installed, and one of the blocks was missing. When I requested
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
to come to our home to repair that, they nicely told us they would call us back. Well, 5 phone calls to this provider and almost 1 month later, they returned 1 phone call and told us that someone will be contacting us to come out to look at it, which hasn't yet happened. If you want mediocre service with no follow-up regarding problems, I would recommend
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
. If you prefer responsive professionalism from a flooring provider who cares about customer satisfaction, don't use this company.

"Overall it was a very positive experience.
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
and company installed tile flooring throughout our second floor, tile tub/shower surrounds and granite countertops in our bathrooms.
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
also provided me with names of plumbers, handymen and other trades to help in the remodeling of our (3) bathrooms. We met with
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
a couple of times before the project started to pick out the materials. We were very impressed with him and his dad; they make a great team.
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
was very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the project. There were some delays that at the time seemed much worse than they really were. However, after all was said and done,
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
and company did a good job at a fair price. I would definitely use
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
again.

"First of all, I am a single woman with an injured right shoulder -- not able to move and/or lift furniture.
They told me it would be a week to install the tile (I don't know, but I believe it should have been a 2-3 day job). At any rate, it took 6 days because one of the two guys didn't show up one of the days and they brought a child with them the 6th day.
They did not cover one piece of furniture and, in fact, used my one wooden cabinent to place their soda fountain drinks on.
They moved my dresser (with my undergarments in it) against the bedroom wall with the drawers flush against the wall -- couldn't get into any of the drawers.
They cut pieces of tile for my fireplace, but didn't grout it all - left it unfinished.
They worked with my doors wide open (leaving bugs to fly in) and, when they left for the evening, on three occasions, they left my Arcadia doors to my back patio "unlocked."
They took the toilet out of my hall bathroom (leaving the master bathroom for me to use) -- and then they cut up the old tile in the master bathroom and just left it there for me to step all over while getting ready for bed and/or work.
Putting all of the above aside (if you can), the actuall work (installation of the tile) turned out looking great.

"We visited the showroom of Flooring
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
to view carpet samples and chose two samples to take home. After returning the samples, we made our choice and an appointment for the measure and estimate was made,
We received a call to let us know the gentleman would be a bit late getting to our home for the measure, and he arrived and proceeded to measure and make recommendations. We chose the style and weight of carpet and padding for the wall to wall installation. He made some recommendations regarding the bound area carpet, and we agreed to those.
We received the company's drawings, notes and estimate via e-mail. The estimate was a bit difficult to understand, so we communicated back and forth to be certain all the details were correct and the project totals made sense. After some back-and-forth the estimate and invoice were made more clear and accurate. We received the Angie's List Discount. The company requires 50 percent down on a job such as ours.
The installers came at the appointed time; a bit earlier, actually, but that wasn't a problem. There were one or two items we still had to move out of their way. The two gentlemen were courteous and professional. We had things moved and beds broken down so the time they spent moving things was minimal. At the outset they realized the type and amount of carpet they had with them did not agree with the drawings. After communicating with the store, they said not to worry, the job would be done that day as they would arrange to pick up the balance of carpet required.
Comparing it to other carpet jobs we have contracted for, this one went smoothly and as expected after the balance of carpet was brought in. The installers swept the carpet after the installation and took away all unwanted scraps and used materials.
Included in the price were the measure, old carpet removal and haul-away, and installation. There were no add-ons except those we asked for: binding the area carpet and upgraded pad.
When we made final payment, we had to ask for a receipt for same.

"Very smooth from sales to installation. Knowledgeable owner to help with carpet choice and professional installation staff arrived on time and did project very quickly with no issues.

"They did a great job. There were a lot of cuts and an odd angle to make between the foyer and the living room area that would ultimately be carpeted. They were professional, arrived on time, cleaned up, etc.

"From start to finish my flooring project was a great experience.
We decided to redo the majority of our home in tile - kitchen, living room, laundry, entry, hall and hall bath.
We shopped extensively and finally chose
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
as a result of their superior ratings on Angie's List and elsewhere. They worked with us to find our tile (
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
, not popular right now). In fact, when we couldn't find anything we liked they gave us the names and contact info for all of the suppliers they worked with. We found the perfect tile and
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
got us vendor pricing for it, resulting in a substantial discount to us.
Since we moved all our furniture and appliances into a POD ourselves, we can't comment on
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
's furniture moving capabilities. We can definitely comment on the installation.
Our home is smaller, but with lots of openings and doorways. This means that the layout is critical so the larger tile that we chose would not look patched or pieced together. We also specified a staggered
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
to improve the sight lines of the grout.
The lead installer
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
did an excellent job of laying out and installing our tile. A small glitch occurred due to the conjunction of the entry, the hall, the living room and the kitchen. The wall that was used as a layout line was not square to the rest of the house. This caused the tile
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
to start out crooked. I noticed this before
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
since I was standing up and could get a better sight line. When I pointed it out, he was quick to adjust and reset the tiles to perfection.
The job took three days.
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
planned his work so we could stay in the house while the job was being done. This was a great convenience to us since we are work at home professionals.
Our floor is great. We constantly get comments on it and people definitely notice the layout and the attention to detail. We have nothing but praise for
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
. They know their business, they are prompt and professional. I happily recommend them to anyone who asks.

"I was very pleased with
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
's service. His crew arrived on time, and did an excellent job. They installed the wood laminate flooring (410 square feet) in my small condo's living and dining room. Delivery and carpet removal was also included in the above cost of service.
