The contractors used by the owner
did a great job and finished in the time specified (only 4 days). There were no
fees, the price quoted was what it ended up being. The quality of the work was great. They cleaned up every day after they were done. Definitely recommend.

AZ Hardwood was contracted to install our bamboo flooring. Everyone was great, from our salesman to our installer. It took a little longer than expected to obtain the bamboo from the supplier but that was not AZ Hardwood's fault. Once they received the floor, everything went like clockwork. The installer was on time and very professional. They delivered our flooring on budget as well, which was great. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone looking for hardwood flooring. It's all they do and it shows.

was great. Clearly knows a lot about carpeting. He brought up details I never thought of even after carpeting several homes. His installers were so detail oriented that they took their time to get the pattern exactly right. It looks gorgeous.

I had removed the old laminate floor. Estimator (
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
) came over to measure and check out floors. My home is over 80 years old so I was prepared that additional prep might be required but she didn't indicate that. Installers were late by a few hours and it took much longer than expected. They did not seem to have any directions as to what they were doing and seemed surprised that I did not want a 1" group spacing. These were wood-look plank style tiles and I wanted a very tight look. So they installed it with no grout joints at all. I assumed that was OK. They ran out of tile and had to come back a second time.. . I stressed that I had somewhere else I had to be on that day and they assured me they would be right on time, but it didn't work out that way. The installer, when he arrived, told me he had been sent to complete a job on the west side first - something

later denied. They finished their work and I lived with it for a few days, then a couple of weeks then I called
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
to come take a look because the job definitely looked wrong. She agreed and said that it would need grout after all and that some of the tile baseboard would have to be re-done as it was seriously weird. So they came out a third time and ripped the tile off the baseboard in places and applied grout to the floor. They left with a

of grout all over the floor because "they couldn't put too much water on it". When I cleaned it up I lived with it a few days and weeks and I got a bill from
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
for the final 1/2 and I wrote her an e-mail telling her all my frustrations with the floor. Basically, it looks awful. some joints have grout; most don't. Chips in the tile are filled in with grout - some are large. Where they ripped the tiles off the baseboard, they left rough gray grout on the wall. The transition to the adjoining floor looks like my grand daughter did it and fninshed it off with a fork. All this is what I included in my e-mail to the company. I asked them to get back to me and decide what they felt it was worth. I have not heard one word from them in all this time (almost 7 months). So if I could be happy with the floor, I would feel good about getting a 1/2 price floor, but every time I look at it, I feel aggravated.

There were other issues - I found out on-line that a tile that looked to my eyes exactly like the one I chose was on sale for 50 cents a square foot less - their comment? It's only cents; every single time

was goint to "check on something and get right back to me" she did not - she never returned a phone call.

and his crew are skilled professionals. Each one knew exactly what to do and they worked together like a well-oiled machine.
From the time I got

bid until they completed the job, the outstanding communication from
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
was very welcome.
They arrived on time, and got right to work. When they left, except for the beautiful new floor, they cleaned up so well you would have never known they were here.
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
is a fantastic carpenter and although I had some pretty odd

I'd hire this contractor again in a heartbeat. They do great work and they are great people.

It took me forever to pick someone for this job, after extensive research I had about 7 estimates for this job and narrowed it down to two. Arizona Hardwood and
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
. I ended up picking
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
only because they were the least expensive and offered to re-carpet a small closet we had at no charge since they had some remnant available. The house was empty when we had the work done so moving furniture etc was not an issue. My biggest concern was the seams where the wood was going to meet travertine tile. The travertine was so thick (about 1.5 inches) and I was worried there would be a difference in height and we would trip over it all the time. A couple of the contractors told me I needed to put a T junction in between and I really didn't want that look.
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
told me they would grade the floor with concrete so that they could grout the seam and it would meet perfectly. The company sent two workers out to do the job, they were pleasant, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. My only complaint with the whole experience is there was some scheduling confusion so the job ran over a couple of days and they were late the first day. Other than that it was a great experience and I would use this company again. I have attached two photos, the first was after the job was complete (the pic of a room). The second is of a section of seam which is about a quarter inch thick and the photo is after one year. I am super happy with the outcome.

the owner sent his very knowledgeable and efficient tile worker to do the entire job from start to finish. He did a great job, was on time, cleaned his work area every day and we were very happy with his work. The plumber and glass door installers were also excellent. Overall we were

happy with the entire job and would recommend this company for all your tile needs.

the owner provided us with some great custom cabinets for our modest kitchen. The design was great for the space we had to work with and the quality of the cabinets was great, no corner cutting. We showed him what we wanted to do and gave him our price range and he went to work showing us options and helping us get the most for our budget. I was also pleased with the turn around time.
Phoenix Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
had our cabinets produced within 3 weeks of finalizing the deal and that was substantially less than the time estimates of other companies we priced. He treated our home very well, no smoking.
