called well into the afternoon on her CELL PHONE to say they weren't coming out, BECAUSE THEY WERE HAVING PHONE PROBLEMS AT WORK AND COULDN'T CALL OUT! Hmmm, you can call out LATER, on a cell phone, but not earlier in the day to apprise the customer of whatever problems you want to lie about."

"The owner talked a good show. First the concrete guys showed up, dug the new area and placed the dirt in a different area that we discussed which they moved later. When the concrete truck showed, they used my wheel barrel to move the concrete. When they laid the tile, they didn't do the adhesive correct and many of the tiles did not stick. When I contacted ...more the owner, he did nothing to correct the problem. His 'inspector' on the job was his niece who knew nothing about tile laying. I lifted several of the bad tiles and he got mad at me for doing that and walked off & never admitted to problem. The grill they first installed was a shop demo that was scratched. I made them replace the cover. I had to do the electrical wiring to the grill because he said he had no electrician. I wanted it done right so I did it myself."

He collects 50% when the prep/tear out/dumping and forms are set, 50% on day of completion. If you are picky about the concrete finish this is the company to select.
