The price quote was more than double the amount of other quotes. Also, the total was actually $1,195 but I was given a $100 coupon for no apparent reason at all. When asking what supplies I would need to provide, it was like the gentleman quoting me was just thinking off the top of his head what I'd need. When I asked, "don't I need cement backer board, do I need to buy that?" His response was, "Oh ya, you need to buy that too, in addition to the grout and the supply line for the toilet. You buy the grout for sure, so that you can get the color you want." Compared to who I actually went with for this job, the other contractors gave me itemized quotes, just brought a grout color sampler that had like 25 colors on it and everything was included. "We had kitchen cabinets put in, and he worked on those. We had kitchen countertops done - he didn?t do that but supervised the work. He did ceramic tile work and also did the floor. I had all the carpets ripped up and tiles put down on the floors. He painted the entire house inside. He put in two new toilets and changed all of the faucets in the bathrooms and kitchen. He also did electrical work and a lot of handyman services. He did an excellent job.
