"They arrived about 30 minutes early which was fine - very professional and courteous.

measured the sq. footage and then gave me an exact quote for the cleaning. Went very smoothly. We had 2 stains in our kids' rooms that
Phoenix Carpet Cleaners Provider Name Locked
tried several different chemicals to clean but was only partially successful. I didn't expect the stains (paint & orange soda) to come out anyway and he did what he could, and I appreciate that. I notice that this company is also one of Rosie's recommended carpet cleaning companies. Will definitely use them again."

"We had a decent experience with this company and it was the first time we've used them. We picked them based on the Angie's List reviews.
Phoenix Carpet Cleaners Provider Name Locked
showed up on time. He had a laptop with him and did all the cost estimating with the computer. He gets a solid A for being professional and knowledgeable, as he explained the type of carpet that we have along with its pros and cons and ways to keep it looking good. He was very clean and tidy- used booties, corner protectors, floor mats and this thing that goes over the hose that hooks on the stair case so that the hose does not fall back down... some of which we had not seen other carpet cleaning companies do before. He gave recommendations for what kind of carpet to replace it with, since our carpet is reaching its useful service life. He spent some time just chatting with us about carpets and sharing his vast knowledge and that was really nice. We rated them lower on price since they were more expensive than other carpet cleaning companies we've used before, and that was after declining some extra services just to get the final price to a reasonable number. They were professional, tidy and very knowledgeable, but in general the carpets didn't look any cleaner than with the other cheaper companies we had used in the past."

was on time. He did a very good job cleaning up a couple of tough stains. I called a different company previously, and they said that they wouldn't be able to access my condo.

was able to perform the same service, using the same equipment that the other company claimed wouldn't fit. Also,

's price was lower. "

arrived on time, provided an estimate for work to be done, took care of business and did an excellent job."

"The overall experience was good. Their treatment remained damp which caused some deep odors to become more prevalent. There staff did inform me that the pet odors could get stronger until the carpet dried so they where very truthful and helpful. Very quick to get the job done."

Scotchguarded the new carpets in my home -- he was quick, very thorough, and a great price. He quoted me a figure prior to coming and stuck by it. I would definitely use his services again, which also included other types of carpet cleaning or restoration. "

"The rugs were picked up at the appointed time and they arrived promptly on the day they cleaned the upholstery. All items were cleaned thoroughly, especially the skirts on the the living room furniture where our dog likes to

"The carpet looks much better even though it's impossible at this point for the carpet to look brand new. The cleaning made an amazing difference. I first used

's to clean the carpet about 10 months ago. Again, the people who came were very friendly and professional and have maintained the same high quality service and same fairly low pricing even though they cleaned a slightly larger area than last time. "

"I called for carpet cleaning for same week. Owner/Operator
Phoenix Carpet Cleaners Provider Name Locked
answered the phone himself. Was courteous and gave me a date immediately. Gave me an estimated price. I accepted. On work day, he called me twice to let me know he was on the way. Arrived on time, with plenty of crew. Job took one hour. He moved 2 couches for me and made sure they were up on styro blocks to prevent damage to carpet from wet couch feet. Cleaned up after himself. Price was great, work was great. Courteous, and asked for future business. Estimated tile floor grout cleaning for me. I will call him to have him do the grout cleaning when I am ready. NOTE: CASH ONLY - no credit cards "

"The first time,
Phoenix Carpet Cleaners Provider Name Locked
did the work. He is the owner. The next time, an employee came. He was really nice and friendly. Here's the rub: Five days after the carpets were cleaned, my dog was spayed. She threw up water (from anesthesia - she was completely clean inside and had just gotten home - nothing in stomach). I got my Hoover Agility Steamvac. I cleaned up the water and noticed that in the very small area, the water that came up was dark brown. Hmmm... I got the thing out about a week later and did some high traffic areas that were 'cleaned.' The water was black, not just one time, but with a cleaning and two rinsings (water only, and smaller areas), BLACK. Their service rubs dirt around and they 'extract.' HA! Now I'm going to do the whole house on my own. The best services seem to be America's Ultra Clean, and Zero Rez (if you get the right guy). I'm out of cash and have to do this now with my $169 Hoover. What a pain!!"
