"They were prompt, professional, personable and clean. The representative who inspected the house and gave us a quote was not pushy or demanding. He spent a good deal of time working with us to determine what would work best for us and our needs. He did not try to up-sell us or push us towards something we didn't want. He got to know us as people first. When we decided to engage their services they were right on schedule for the whole project. The installation team was the same. They worked non-stop to take care of us, but they were open and responsive to our questions. They were very friendly, but total professionals. They seemed to care about us and our comfort. They cleaned up as they went so the mess was minimal to non-existent. When everything was all complete two separate representatives (the project leader and our sales rep) came back for a final walk through to make sure everything was working properly and we understood the new system. "Initial service call in Jul 2009 handled promptly so I signed a 2-year service agreement. 3 months later service man with bad attitude wouldn't service the A/C "because of a leak" but didn't leave any info as to what specifically the problem was - i.e. no way to get a second opinion. Then 6 months after that,

(son of owner) gave me a phone estimate of $900. It's a large house (4500 sq. ft., 9 returns, 26 vents), and he based his bid on that info. When the workers got here and worked for a couple of hours, they told me (in very broken English) that it would actually cost $300 more because it was going to take longer than one day, which the worker defined as 6 hours. I told him (I speak Spanish) to do JUST the ducts, but then he showed me how dirty it was in the returns. I said to go ahead and do them, too, then called

back and asked whether his worker was authorized to charge more than the estimate. He said no and asked me what time the workers had arrived, and told me that a day's work was 7-8 hours. Long story short, they worked hard for 8.5 hours (no lunch), I feel very sure that they did a good job,

was willing to have me pay the $900 only (to keep me happy), but I decided to throw in an extra $100 because I wanted the workers to be compensated for their effort."

"They were 30 minutes early, and since no one was home in the middle of the day, they left. We called dispatching and they came right back. They did a poor job of cleaning up after they finished and gave a lame excuse and didn't perform all the work requested."

Was wary that they would arrive & find other services to bill for -- which they did, recommending a more thorough cleaning than we were prepared to pay. Would not recommend their free carpet cleaning service for high-traffic/visible areas. It's just a surface shampoo, which we used for walk-in closets & utility room."
