He matched the competitors price and was pleasant to deal with. The person who measured knew what he was doing, so when it came to the installation, it only took the person about 20 minutes to do the job. They moved the furniture and put it back. It was really easy to use them."

White came out at the requested time to measure the windows and provide a quote. We agreed on the quoted price and the hand made screens were available only a few days later. called to find out a time that was convenient for him to install the screens and was there a few mins early. He and his helper installed the screens in less than 20 mins. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone!"

"New home needing all new window treatments. For being in business so long we expected more advice from a privately owned store vs. big box store but didn't get it. After drapes were installed the width needed to be cut down, one slider was the wrong size and the pull cord on one of the pleated shades was wrong."

"Absolutely fabulous, that's how it went. We were told it would be 2 to 3 weeks to get the blinds and it took exactly 15 days from measuring to install. is a total gentleman and a pleasure to have in your home. He totally knows his products, he offers gentle suggestions but DOES NOT hard sell. As I said he took it upon himself to put the valances with the wrap-around in one of the rooms - and he was so right about that choice. Our other windows have very deep window sills, but in one of the bedrooms the window sills are quite shallow and the valances with wrap-around are the perfect look. They would not have worked at all on the other windows. You have no idea how beautiful my windows look. I am in love with the look and the quality. has their own brand of window treatments as well as national brands. We chose their brand and the little finishing touches are perfect. The little knobs on the end of the strings are the same wood as the blinds and on the strings that lift and lower the blinds is another decorative set of wood balls. Such a nice touch - no little ugly plastic thingies - matching wood balls. Elegant. also helped move the furniture to get at the windows. When he left he took all the boxes and detritus with him."

"I called him and even though he's out there he made an appointment as soon as possible. He brought samples and even let me keep them. When I made a decision he sent a contract and told me how long it would take for them to be made for my huge windows. Just when he told me they would be ready, he called and asked if his son could come and install them. They were so amazing to the point where they even vacuumed after they were done. I would recommend them to anybody. I truly would."

"My experience with Mr. was very positive. I located his company through Angie's List and received a response to my e-mail right away to schedule an appointment for the same week to look at the work I needed done. The work was scheduled at the time of the appointment for the following week. Mr. and his employee showed up on time the day of the appointment and completed the work in a day. Everything was completed very well. I was happy with the finished product!"

"After giving us a quote for the curtains, we placed the order, and gave us a date when they would be ready. However, after this initial meeting, he was pretty much unreachable. The curtains were not ready on time, and when we could finally get him on the phone, which was nearly impossible, he would give one lame excuse after another for why they weren't ready. Someone had warned me that he was like this, and I should have listened. When the curtains finally arrived, they looked pretty good. (The valence was too big and out of proportion, but I can't remember if that was my fault when placing the order, so I can't blame him.) Even if they were perfect, they would not have been worth the headache."

"It went great. was highly responsive and professional, quickly returning our call and setting a date to come to our home to measure our windows and discuss the samples of the products that he brought with him. The installation team came about 2 1/2 weeks later at their scheduled time, and efficiently installed the blinds. They look great."

The representative from Distinctive called me promptly to arrange a visit to my home to measure the windows. It took approx. 1 week for the representative to do this initial visit. The representative from Distinctive then took an additional 2 days to communicate the window measurements to . Once I received my window blinds (approx. 1 week from the Distinctive representatives visit to my home), I was unsuccessful at getting a representative to install the blinds. A representative failed to show up for appointments on 2 separate occasions. After 6 weeks and numerous calls to and Distinctive Window Treatments I cancelled my installation order."
