"I called RC and they were VERY responsive and basically took care of the work as soon as possible. Price was fair, and I was happy with their service overall."

"We had called several contractors to ask how they would solve the problem of water leaking into the basement from the back porch. Although we really wanted to add a sunroom by breaking through from the dining room, we thought it would cost too much. We had refinanced and set aside about $20,000 to fix the problem. When W arrived, his original quote was $15,300 (add new sunroom with skylight by breaking through - mostly everything as described above). When the work started, we found there were major structural problems, which didn't surprise us, and we knew this would add to the final cost. We also added other items such as the 200 amp service and ceramic tiles in the new room. Between the structural work, the 200 amp installation and new electric feed line, and the tile work, it added $6,190 to the original price, which we believe was worth it. WeCare's whole team is excellent, conscientious, on time, and they come up with absolutely brilliant solutions to problems. We are planning on using them again in the near future."

"Hired W to install siding with insulation to rear of home, replace drain pipe from roof, and trim roof line. He also removed vines that had been growing up the side of my house over the past few years. For starters W came out and went over every detail of the job, and video recorded what needed to be done for his men so his men knew exactly what to do. He detailed everything down to how the men would bring the supplies down my back . The guys came out as scheduled to begin the process, and worked diligently to complete the job. They finished everything in two days as promised, and everything looked great. The workers also cleaned all the leaves and other blown trash from the yard. called to follow up on my satisfaction several times, and sent me a dvd of the job through the stages of the workers progress from start to finish.
Very positive experience. W is very detail oriented, follows up on job progress, and is concerned with customers satisfaction with the project. These guys are professionals, and I would recommend to anyone."

"The men came out and installed the roof per the contract. The workmen were reasonably professional and on several occasions were visited by the man who had provided the estimate. Upon completion of the work, I had other workmen re-plaster the ceiling of the back bedroom. Approximately 1 year later, we began to notice staining and some moisture is the area where we had previously had a leak. We made several calls to the company and they sent men out in a timely fashion. These men simply camer out, put up a ladder, and patched the roof somewhere. They did not ring the doorbell to announce their presence and did not ask to see the exact spot where leaking and staining had occurred. In October of this year (two years into the guarenteed period), the roof began to leak badly in two new areas (actually dripping into the room and requiring a bucket to catch the water) and into the previous area of the leaking. We made the first call to report this and ask for repair in early November 2010. We received no response. We have made at least 3 additional calls; 1 such call was directed to a " ", who was said to be the salesperson. we've received assurances from the girl answering the phone that "someone would be out" but no one has come out to the house, called, or contacted us in any way. The problem seems to be widespread material failure in a number of areas. There is extensive seeping through the roofing material, and the leaks and moisture have occurred in both of the bedrooms covered by the roof as well as in the hall, and in the seams where the roof meets the walls. These leaks have resulted in plaster danage to the ceilings under the roof in two bedrooms and in the hall, which have growth worse over the time we've been calling without a response. As of today, we will be faced with expensive repair of the plaster ceilings in 2 rooms and a hall. 's failure to respond to our calls has resulted on worse damage to the plaster inside over the course of a wet November and December. I would caution homeowners seeking a roofer to avoid these people who are not responsive and whose roofing materials seem to be deficient. There is no follow-up and based on our experience with the last leak, no attempt to discuss the issue to target the areas in question. (Last year the men came out, repaired something without even collecting information to focus on the leaking place, and patched something.) The collateral damage in the plaster inside my house will be very expensive to repair. Homeowners should keep in mind with that while the price may be lower than other estimates, the new roof and the new materials don't seem to hold up over time - not even for 1 or 2 years."

"The work was very well done ? no more leaks. However, in the days leading to that long-awaited day of service, I?ve encountered issues with the owner.
When I visited the office to make a 50% down payment and to schedule date of service, the owner suggested that she will call me to schedule.
After a week passed, I called and left msg to inquire about scheduling. Another few days of unreturned calls, I returned to to personally inquire about my status. The owner was not there so, the called her. When I explained my concerns to her, she responded by explaining her definition of scheduling and how most customers have waited a month. To make matters worse, she went on to say that she called my cell phone, explaining, ?I spoke to the lady that answered the phone...? and ?if it wasn?t you, she didn?t act like she didn?t know what I was talking about so...?
Also, I felt like the prices were too high because it took no more than 30 minutes to complete ? about $25/minute! Unfortunately, they were the only ones in the area that ironically responded. Oh, and I didn?t even get the Angie?s List discount!
Overall, ? mediocre customer services skills and lack of integrity has a lot of catching up to do with their excellent workmanship.
(Note...The ONLY reason the Professionalism rating is not "F" higher is because the gentleman that did the work was very nice.)"

"The experience was absolutely wonderful. They had to do more work than was expected and they gave me multiple options to get the work as cheap as possible to meet my budget by telling me things I could do as prep work. They ended up having to do more work than expected and spending more time than they had expected. They gave me a very reasonable rate for what they charged, especially in comparison to the other contractors that I had spoken with. They were fairly prompt. The workers did quality work, but were not as professional. The main guy was very good."

" and his crew were left in my home for three months while I was training out of state and performed every task given to him with the utmost professionalism, cleanliness and exceptional workmanship! I am truly blessed! I came home to the work finished to perfection! I have had in the past problems with contractors and shoddy work but this company, ,is my keeper!"

"We highly recommend this father and son team. They are very professional and extremely nice and genuine. The prices are hard to beat and they have a strong work ethic and do high quality work -- most importantly we trust them.
This is the 2nd time we hired them. The window job ended up requiring extra framing effort on all 9 windows and they did the extra work for no additional charge.
Previously, we hired them to fix our blown off siding and more importantly replace the rotted framing and plywood underneath. Other guys quoted us several thousand dollars more more while trying to sell us brand new siding on the entire back of our house. said we didn't need new siding and offered to do the framing and plywood work plus reattach the old siding including the blown-off pieces for a price of <$750."

"I had to replace the storm door less than 2 years later, 4-5 pieces of my siding have dropped off the house over the same span of time. They claim that the siding was not under warranty and that the siding could not be covered. They have come back several times to reinstall the pieces of siding that have dropped off. They wanted to charge me $270 to fix the siding on the most recent occurrence. I have had to call them several times regarding the poor work they did for me, and they are not cooperating with my complaints or my dissatisfaction. I have a warranty for the work and provided a copy to Angie's List. "

"Project went well overall. Gutters were the last part of the project; the siding was replaced the day before and day of gutter replacement. They removed all of the old materials and replaced gutters and downspouts and relocated a downspout to eliminate flooding we were experiencing. New gutters include Flo-Free protection -- a sort of very dense netting (like a brillo pad) glued into the gutters to prevent clogging. We have already seen an improvement in the water situation: rain water is properly draining away from the house instead of gathering in the corners. Workers were fast, knew what they were doing, and went right to work."
