and his employees were very professional, fixed the problem by replacing the down spout and all other necessary repairs. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs professional work done at a very reasonable price.

We had a great experience working with
. His company is aptly named - he is a skilled and versatile craftsman. Detail oriented. Creative. Definitely interested in making sure his work was meeting our expectations. Look forward to working with him again- oh, and he's a super nice guy-

did a beautiful job. He and the men who work with him were kind and professional, showing up when they said they would and taking care of everything we asked them to do and then some. While they were laying the new brick for the patio they found a clogged outdoor drain and fixed it for us. Our building now looks good front and back with the new paint job. I'm pretty sure the people who live behind us are happy not to have to look out at our old peeling paint anymore and the brick-pointing helped to seal our building against water and bad weather, as well as making it look so much nicer. He also increased our

We will definitely do business with this company again, and would recommend him to anyone. I will hire this company to do work on the inside of the building as well.

Boys (3 brothers) were at the house to check on subcontractors every day. They returned phone calls in a timely fashion, and then took care of whatever the problem or question was immediately. They were mindful of the time frame and adhered to it until the last item became the shower from h***. The subcontractor had to return 3 times before he had all of the parts the correct size and texture. They were not happy with the subcontractor, but also did not ask for the final payment until all was satisfactorily finished. When I had a problem with the subcontractor that layed the kitchen and hall floor leaving trash with nails sticking up, I called their office (after hours), and received a call back first thing in the morning, and a visit to clean up the mess.
I have called several times in the last 8 months to have tweaking done because of settling, or a missed spot. I have someone at the house within a week to make things right, at no cost.
they were knowledgeable about products, willingly sharing information, clean and pleasant to have in the house, the Betzs are the best. I do feel the same way about the subcontractors they used, except for the technicians that laid the floor and left a mess. The floor is properly laid however.

. My husband and I are first time home buyers and got a 203K mortgage loan, which provided funds for a remodel of our home that was built in 1940. Being first time home buyers was anxiety-provoking enough, but add a construction project on top of that and call me stressed! From the first time

did a walk-through of the house he was calm, patient and explained what we could do. He worked according to schedule and was very patient with waiting for the bank to "clear" everything for his payments throughout the project. As with any older home, things came up that were not part of the original plan (2 leaks) and

It went okay, with a few misunderstandings.
Philadelphia Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
likes to communicate by e-mail and sometimes this caused some miscommunication. His carpenter was excellent but I hardly saw

at all. There were other various workers who came and went and I think they had trouble keeping workers.
One musunderstanding was over the door to the roofdeck. It wasn't what I had in mind at all. We had agreed that I would view some photos of doors but that never happened. One day a door just arrived and was not what I wanted at all. I wish I had refused it but it was installed quickly and I still don't really like that door. I love my deck and spiral stairs, but I never warmed to that door. It wasn't at all what I wanted.

With contractors, you get what you pay for and
Philadelphia Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
is truly fabulous. He is client oriented and does the job right - he does not do second-rate work. While you may pay more than the other guy, you get the best job done for the work.

I had gotten 3 bids and all came back around $20,000. I picked
Philadelphia Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
. because the owner

Rogove seemed to be knowledgeable and his company was doing jobs like this and bigger on a regular basis. This was a somewhat complex job as the house is old. All workers were pleasant and competent. The job took some time to complete but the result is really great. After all was done a final cleaning of the area was provided which I did appreciate a lot.

They came in, prepped the space very well. Laid down plastic on our new carpet, taped in down well so it would be protected and not get any dust on it. They cut and removed large portions of the drywall around the entire perimeter of our basement, a foot above the baseboard (to maintain our carpet/base molding) and a foot below the ceiling (to maintain our newly installed dropped ACT ceiling), they vacuumed out all the old/incorrect loose fill insulation, bagged it up and removed it. Then they came back with the insulation truck and sprayed all the exterior walls and the sill plate at the first floor/top of foundation. They always had me inspect their work at the end of every day and especially before it was all closed up. When I approved it all they closed up the sections with drywall, taped and spackled it all. Everything was great, the only negative was during the schedule. The whole process was supposed to take 3 days but all in all took 3-4 weeks. Not the end of the world bc we didn't need the space. One day was cancelled because of snow so not their fault but the other delays were because they ran out of the chemical to make the insulation and the owners were on vacation and it couldn't be ordered till they returned. After they were back it took time to order I guess and it took time to get us on the schedule. But the end product was what we were concerned with so we didn't mind.

handled all of the communication with the roofing subcontractor, which allowed for peace of mind, knowing that he would be thorough, accountable, and honest. The roofer ripped the old asphalt roofing down to the plywood and then replaced it with a silver granulated torched-down rubber, finished with aluminum metal edging.

has also helped me with a handful of other smaller projects and is always priced competitively and does great work. Whether he did the work himself or used subcontractors, the jobs were always done on time and within budget.
