"With the heavy rains these past few days, our basement was flooding.  Sewer water was backing up and flowing into the basement.  Called T. because we've used them in the past (last year, around ).  Problems with the main sewer to the street backing up is a perennial problem on our street.  ...more Left message on an answering machine.  Within 30 minutes, plumber called back.  He took all the information, and explained that he would call me back with a time.  Within 60 minutes, he called me back and said he was on his way.  He was here in about 10 minutes.  He snaked the main sewer line from the sidewalk to the house, and then from the sidewalk to the main sewer line in the street.  He went in both directions several times.  He then had me run the water to double check that everything was okay.  I was very satisfied with the speed and service,  He was friendly and professional.  As mentioned, we used this company in the past, and would do so again.  They have always provided excellent service."

The master plumber was short with me in my suggestions. He was not open to discussing the problems that we had. Although he had his own opinions and advice, he ...more wasn't open to a discussion on what needed to be done. That disappointed me because he didn't give my opinions a try at all. Although he fixed one of the problems, the second problem if we hired him for that would be above and beyond what needed to be done. He charged me $75.00 to unclog the sink. Understanding on how they operate, I know what to hire them for and what not to hire them for. They are average."

He recommended another company that could help me.  I ...more appreciate him coming out, but I would have appreciated it more if he had told me that he wasn't capable of doing the work over the phone. His demeanor and overall professionalism was very positive.  If I had work to be done that he was capable of doing, he is the person I would contact in the future to get a price and possibly hire.  I am just disappointed that this project didn't work out.  ***Update*** After some investigation of my plumbing problem, I came to the conclusion that the storm line needed to be replaced. The first person I called was Bill to discuss the problem and give an estimate. Bill recommended another company who are underground plumbing specialist. I hired the company he recommended and they did a great job. Thank you Bill. "

"We called 4 plumbers and he was the only one who responded right away. He came over and quickly fixed the problem (previous owners had not properly leveled toilet). Seal had broken and was leaking. He braced the toilet underneath and rebolted the toilet. It's now incredibly solid now! So happy I no longer have to worry about the toilet falling through the ceiling."
