We were unpleasantly surprised to see that they were very, very messy and inconsiderate of the property and despite regular reminders and discussions there was no change in their work habits. ...more They did not put down any covering when they cut out old, loose plaster and did not thoroughly clean up the old plaster. There were big blobs and splatters of plaster that were left to dry on the base boards and trim. Plaster was splattered on walls that were across the room from areas that were supposed to be repaired. The quality of the plastering was fair, at best, since it was rough in areas and not ready for painting. Needless to say, we did not call him back to complete the last portion of the job. "

"The Owner , his Sons and Grandson showed up on schedule everyday and gave me a solid days work everyday from start to finish. they removed all of their debris from the jobsite @ the end of the job. The work was of high quality and with no call backs for re-work. Being in the Remodeling business, Its hard to find people like this that have good work ethic."
