He is prompt and thorough. His staff does a really good job. I’ve used him for years and will absolutely continue seeing him.

I had no appointment; they were efficient to move along in a timely manner. The prescription and the glasses that I received are of top quality.

Optometry reviews in Philadelphia

It was easy to schedule an appointment and they didn't pressure me to buy contracts through them. They were easy to deal with and the doctor I saw was great. I give them high ratings and would use them in the future.

He seems genuinely interested in treating the eye care needs of his patients. He is very proactive in terms of making sure that you treat your eyes properly. Some patients who are more conservative might find him a little bit aggressive. I kind of straddle the fence on it but I love to go to him. I like him. He has a lot of high standards in terms of what care he provides, what insurance he covers but other people may find him limiting and intrusive. It depends on what you are looking for. I like the fact that he is taking proactive steps about my eye care and to me he is not that aggressive, but other people might think so. I would use him in the future.

I had to find a new optometrist that takes my new insurance. There weren't a lot nearby, and Dr

is farther away than I would like. His front office staff was not particularly friendly, but they weren't particularly unfriendly either; I just didn't feel very well welcomed. Dr

was everything I hoped he'd be: friendly, professional, and open. He answered all my questions. I would like to be able to submit my paperwork electronically, like many qualified providers do, but his office does not. I will definitely continue to use him and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

WAS my eye doctor for over 15 years. Let me tell you how shocked I was to learn that he filed a false claim for my husband's eye care. Essentially, my husband went in for his annual eye exam, got his prescription and then, provided the doctor with a pair of frames to install the prescription. The doctor's eye lab, broke the first pair ($500+ frames). He then called my husband and asked him to buy a second pair and he would reimburse us. When we said no, he took two weeks to buy another pair. Then he installed frames that my husband could not see out of. When my husband took them elsewhere for a second opinion, the eye doctor there did not understand, based upon my husband's eyesight why the prescription was what it was. We called our insurance company VSP and they said there was nothing they could do that Dr.

had already filed the claim. We are pretty angry with this situation because it is now August, my husband still doesn't have his glasses OR the right prescription, but Dr.

has his money and the insurance company doesn't care. don't go to him. He used to be a small office, we really liked working with him and his staff. Now his office obviously is so big that you are a number. There are plenty of doctor's closer to us that we'll be working with.

She is an excellent doctor and she is thorough. She takes the time with you and doesn't rush you. I am diabetic, and so she makes sure that the pressure in my eyes is correct and that the diabetes is not taking my eyesight away. They are very fast at returning my calls.

The office staff members are great. Dr.
