"This man took 14 months before we fired him because he continuously did not pay his subcontractors, did not have receipts for the funds we gave him, and ALWAYS lied about when anything was supposed to get done, come in, or anything. He only subcontracted the plumbing and electric and did everything else with his son, which would have been fine if he showed up more than two hours a week. We should have fired him a long time before we did. Subcontractors and the general public--beware!"
