"Said it would cost $350 if new drive belt had to be ordered from manufacturer. Then said they "happened" to have a belt & rail on their truck for &650. Since it was an emergency, I told them to do the work even though I felt that I was a preyed-upon senior citizen and was being "ripped off". "

"The owner of the company went out of his way to make sure that everything went smoothly. He arrived on time for the estimate and it was fair. He arrived promptly on the day of installation. At all times he was polite and accommodating. He did a perfect job of putting the door in. He also was clean and neat as he worked and he took away all the parts of the old door and swept down the area. He also found a remote compatible with my existing old motor. I wish every home improvement experience went like this one."

"I called . on a Sunday. I received a return call on the next day. Two days later came out (on time) and provided a detailed estimate for my new garage door. He thoroughly inspected my old door, its frame, etc. and took measurements. Also, he explained that with old homes, often times specialized carpentry work is necessary. Aften reviewing all options for doors, including colors and designs, I placed a 50% down for the work. Two weeks later called and scheduled an appointment for the following day. along with showed up on time and began work. I had to move one of my vehicles out of the space. When it did not start, they pushed it out the garage, "jumped it" and continued their work on my door. They worked all day installing the door and cleaned up at the end. The finished product is a dream! This company is professional and the work they complete is top notch. Also, their employees are friendly, and full of personality!"

"They did not return my initial phone call. But they had good ratings on Angie's list so I thought I would give them one more call. They didn't return my second call either."

"The Company is great. They answer the phone (so no waiting for call-backs) and were able to get a guy out to give me an estimate the next day. They were able to do the work fairly quickly. There were problems with the worker not showing up at the stated time for both the estimate and the actual job, but otherwise I was pleased that they were able to at least perform the estimate and do the work all within a few days. They also call whenever they are running late."

"It went well. They came over to measure the garage and give an estimate and we selected the door we wanted. The door was ready 3 weeks later they were here for a few hours putting it in. It is great and works perfectly. We had them come back 6 months later to install a keypad which cost $96.50. That was done within an hour."

"Called on Friday and scheduled for Tuesday. Company called on Tuesday to confirm, showed up on or close to time and did the work on the spot (a fairly repair). I am quite satisfied."

"I phoned at Horizon, one of three companies I contacted, to come look at our old wooden garage door and determine if it could be repaired or would require replacement. He made an appointment to come and assess the situation, which he did, arriving on time on April 18th. He discussed the benefits of repair versus replacement and was fair in his assessment. He left me with an estimate, and a time frame. He required no money down. I ordered the door in April and expected installation 6 weeks later. This was the only problem; when the door came in, was busy and so installation was delayed two weeks. On the appointed day, June 12th, and a colleague arrived on time and went about their work efficiently. They took about half a day to remove the old door and install the new one, including replacing the old frame, the tracks, everything. They cleaned up well and the new door works beautifully. They charged exactly what they estimated."
