We did not have the suggested work done - simply because we are planning to move to a 55+ community, and the ROI for several of the items was not immediate enough to benefit us (replacement for old heating/cooling system, etc). When we did move forward the Unique team faced a broken-down truck on installation day, but called us first thing in the morning to let us know was was going on. They even sent someone ahead so that we would have the comfort of speaking in person to a member of their team before we had to leave for work, and they STILL managed to get the job done on time. Our basement was left clean and without a hair out of place, and everything works like a charm.
We got other bids, and they were a little lower, but when I compared the wholesale equipment prices online it was easy to see why. (They might be a bit more expensive than other providers, but I think the quality of the equipment, the skill, and the service merit this.)
