Nurhan, the proprietor arrived exactly on time for both the pick up & delivery and did the job in 1 week. He removed a brass polish stain on the oriental which hadn't been cleaned in 35 years and also removed an
stain from the Morrocan, which another firm was unable to remove in a previous cleaning 12 years ago. He is polite, well-spoken and a pleasure to deal with. The world would be a better place if all proprietors-no matter what the business-were like Nurhan. We got the price we did from an Angie's list Big Deal; but even if we had had to pay his full $201.00 price that would have been very fair and was less than we paid for the Morrocan alone 12 years ago and the other company didn't do a very good job.

I think I wrote all the information in the paragraph above. (so, please read that.) Overall, it was great both times using them. I did not have to lift a finger the whole time, they seemed like they knew what they were doing from the moment they walked in. They had it all planned out beforehand.
, the owner, was very careful and attentive of the two other gentlemen who was working with him, he was very hands-on also. He was not just the supervisor. He jumped in all the time, to keep he process working. I asked if I should remove the clothes from the drawers and he told me it was up to me; they could either wrap the dresser or they could remove the drawers and take it out that way; whichever way I felt more comfortable doing. (this is weird, but I have never had movers that made sure they wiped their feet entering the home each and every time coming through.) I hope I never have to move again, I am 61, but if I did I would definitely use nobody but them. They also came with their cargo insurance and provided my condo association with a copy also. I could go on and on, with the many things, that I remember that were out of the ordinary for a moving company, especially the price, which was $95.00 an hour, minimum three hours.

I made an appointment which had to be rescheduled . Lost a day of work. I rescheduled the delivery and took another day off or work. The day before the delivery was to be amde, I received 3 conformation emails, 1 conformation text, and a conformation phone call(stating an incorrect delivery time,7-11)with a message on my answering machine. I called
Philadelphia Courier Service Provider Name Locked
to verify delivery and make sure we had the correct delivery time(12-4). Delivery time corrected, "shipment will be there tomorrow". At 9:35 pm( the night before delivery) I received a call from
Philadelphia Courier Service Provider Name Locked
, saying they had to reschedule AGAIN(would be 3rd time rescheduling), because ,
Philadelphia Courier Service Provider Name Locked
couldn't find the shipment. The woman I was speaking to from
Philadelphia Courier Service Provider Name Locked
, put the order on hold until they could verify shipment date.I asked when that would be and she wasn't sure. Once tthe shipment was found, ,
Philadelphia Courier Service Provider Name Locked
would call to reschedule.
.I had asked to speak to a manager , but a manager was "not in". To the woman's credit , we were on the phone for a good 1/2 hr. and she did try to find the "shipment". She put the delivery "on hold", until the "shipment " could be found . When
Philadelphia Courier Service Provider Name Locked
had my Dining set they would call and then we could reschedule , once again. I decided to go into work, since the "shipment was on hold".
On my way out the door, on my way to work, at 8:30am, the delivery truck arrived w/ my "shipment".

I had a huge 10x12 wool rug cleaned. The rug was picked up from my house , cleaned and then delivered promptly the next weekend. Great service! I had purchased a coupon on Angie's Los for $99 for $ 200 worth of cleaning. Great deal and great service. I highly recommend

You would have to be crazy to hire this company. They delivered a freezer to my house and agreed to bring it down the basement steps from my backyard.
In no time at all they had it wedged so tightly into our security doorway that they couldn't move it in or out. I kept telling them the box was too big and they'd have to take the freezer out first. But nooo.
Finally they cut off the box and my freezer was in the basement. I said good-bye, signed the paper saying they delivered it. The big problem was that when I went to close and lock thesecurity door, all this masonry fell out between the door jam and the wall. I couldn't close my security door anymore! they destroyed the masonry connecting the door jam and the wall. Wonderful, living in Philly without a security door to the basement.
I called the company and someone came to the house and said "We'll do whatever is necessary to fix this." Apparently their idea of "whatever necessary" means not doing anything for weeks, not returning calls and finally refusing to pay for the damage made by *their* delivery men. I called a mason who fixed the doorway. It cost $250
his is a rinky d*** company and the people that work for them don't know what they're doing. I recommend you avoid them at all costs!

My company is AJ property Management and I had some file cabinets and supplies to be move from a storage facility in Ridgeland SC. I contacted Above & Beyond Transport to get a price. I spoke to a
Philadelphia Courier Service Provider Name Locked
and we discuss the details of the Move. He call me back the next day with a price that I was satisfied with. I ask Mr.
Philadelphia Courier Service Provider Name Locked
when can we move forward with the move and he responded, two weeks. Like Mr.
Philadelphia Courier Service Provider Name Locked
said they were ready and preceded to move the items. My file cabinets and supplies were delivered intact with no damage. I would use them again.
