We were told a technician would be out to our house within 4 hours and that we'd receive a call shortly from the technician to narrow that window down. ...more No one called, and no one showed up. I left a message for the company that same night, but they were closed for the remainder of the weekend. In my message I explained what happened and asked someone to call me on Monday, and I provided my cell. By 5 p.m. no one had called. I called them and requested a refund which they agreed to do. When I checked me credit card, it turned out they billed me, issued me a credit AND then billed me again. I had to call again to have another credit issued."
